hi everyone and welcome back so today's
tricep workout 10 minutes 45 seconds of
work 15 second rest and we move to the
next exercise five exercises and we do
this for two rounds at the very end
we're going to finish with some diamond
press last 30 seconds that should be
hard because after all we've done on our
triceps number one exercise is actually
going to be i think the most difficult
your extension here okay bend over what
you're trying to do you're not just
swinging the arms you're actually going
to try and lift and hold it just a brief
moment at the top
extend lock out the arms
okay
then we're into standing you can do
these seated as well so like on your
knees and whatever you prefer we're
gonna do my standard double arm tricep
extension try to keep the elbows into
the ears extend big stretch on the
triceps and then contract then we're on
to the mat
we're going to do our normal tricep
press one of my favorites
facing each other down and up as many
reps as you can with this then we're
into skull crushers
now these skull crushers you do want to
keep an eye on your upper arm i always
look at mine i'm trying to make them not
move
okay this is a little exercise we're not
really doing this we're trying to keep
our upper arms steady
down
and contract okay following that just
press
then we do this all again and as i said
we finish with the diamond press ups on
the nasal off just for 30 seconds as a
bonus of burning as many as you can good
quality reps bring your whole body down
