How to upload large video file in whatsapp

01:03files tap save to files

01:05the key here is that I'm going to

01:07download it to the files app on my

01:10iPhone you can do the same steps on

01:12Android as well we want to download this

01:15to our photos app or our files app on

01:19the phone itself you can see it's

01:20downloading and now I'm going to save it

01:23on my iPhone in the downloads folder so

01:25hit save at the top right

01:27now we can hop out of there and then go

01:30into WhatsApp

01:31and I'm going to press the plus icon at

01:34the bottom left

01:35and then tap on document

01:38here I'll be able to choose this and you

01:41can see it's 400 megabyte video that if

01:44I sent this and I can tap send at the

01:46top right if I send this as a video

01:49itself from my specific camera roll

01:53Gallery then it will compress it down a

01:55bunch but this way I can send a 400

01:57megabyte video over through WhatsApp
