Sadhguru: Body, Mind, Energy should become your tools that you can use them effectively.
Participant 1: No matter what is happening outside I am able to maintain my inner level of balance.
Participant 2: I've had lots of different things I have done in my career
but there was something deeper that I needed to explore.
What's been amazing is that I feel like going back and if I ever to reassume these projects,
the clarity and ease that I would have in dealing with the situations in each of them would be vastly
different to how I was before. It's like the lubrication of the engine, before maybe there was a little bit too little
now there is just right, just enough.
Participant 3: These five months have transformed me more than just the last five years which I have spent.
Participant 4: I never thought I could do so much in a single day because if I look back
and see the kind of activities that I do in a single day, here in Sadhanapada would have taken me a week
outside I would say. This is genuine, it is coming from my heart.
Participant 5: Within seven months, it brings all the dirt and dust out of you (Laughs) and
like it is just like a washing machine, so by the end of seven months you are brighter,
clean, you are lighter and you are happier, joyful.
Sadhguru: So the basic principle of Sadhana is this, absolute passionate involvement with everything
that I touch but dispassion towards myself. This is the basic principle of sadhana,
only then you will be able to use the tools of life in a certain way.
Participant 6: I am definitely a lot more flexible (Laughs). Energy wise, so much more vibrant,
it's like smiling and laughing has become so much more of a natural process like
my entire being is radiating within.
Participant 7: It was the same thing I was doing outside and same. The only thing that has changed is me.
My way of doing things has changed. Now it is more of an you know,
I don’t want to attach this word but it is coming like little bit of offering.
Participant 8: So working here it is entirely different from working back in Delhi.
As in that was only for your material well-being. Coming here, doing this work
without any renumeration or anything, this is actually more full filling
and this process of growth actually within me it has got accelerated.
Participant 9: There is often a clear idea of what is my job and what is not my job right?
I think that line has faded significantly. One of the things that Sadhguru speaks of is
doing what is needed and I find myself, you know rising to the occasion and doing the needful.
So, definitely I think the spirit in which I approach any task is very different now.
Participant 10: What would make me want to take a break from my work?
I think I was too comfortable which created, which created that need for something different,
that push and then Sadhanapada kind of popped up, now when I am volunteering, I actually volunteering
that I have so much more energy, so much more of a fulfilled life. Before it was work and life
you know like now it’s just, now it’s just there is no this is work and this is free time.
Sadhguru: If you use this properly in your life, in the rest of your life you will always look back at this time,
as your insurance no matter what life throws at you. It doesn’t matter what life throws at you,
if you empower yourself well in this time you will see that nothing really knocks you off. Doesn’t matter what.
Once you have that assurance you will do great things in the world.
