so what's up guys today we're gonna take
a look at a mod mod review and it's
gonna be the eleaf I power 80 watt box
mod right nice small pocket friendly and
it has huge battery which is good right
so let's get to the close-ups I'm gonna
show you the ins and outs of the eleaf I
power 80 watt box mod which is becoming
one of my favorite everyday usage mods
right so let's get to the close-ups I'm
gonna shoot everything you need to know
about eleaf eye power and this one was
sent to me by gearbest
so thank you very much gear bass who by
the way have a very very good price for
the eleaf eye power so if you wanna get
the eleaf eye power check the link in
the description box below to where you
can get it at a very very good price now
let's get to the close-ups
[Music]
all right guys here you have the eleaf
eye power
80 watt box smart okay so I'm gonna give
you the pricing for this is going to be
about $36 there are a few different
versions brushed silver black white and
also wood grain
the one that I have in here is the
brushed silver it's about 36 bucks check
the link in the description box below
for the best place waking it at the
cheapest price
so it's an 80 watt box mod that has a
built in battery of five thousand
milliamp hours it does temperature
control in nickel titanium stainless
steel and nichrome as well and another
interesting thing is that it also
operates in bypass mode which basically
allows it to act like a Mac mod giving
you direct power from the battery we'll
take a look at that in a while
very simple packaging here justice II
live and you have a picture of the
device long sustainable battery life
alright and you have indication here
mine it's brushed silver right so it
also comes in bronze their bronze and
gray which I forgot to mention right so
at the back you have a power and you
have some description about the mod
itself what's included and scratch and
check code and this is how the eye power
mod looks like in brushed silver
inside the package you also have a user
manual by Alif that explains quite a lot
actually about the mod itself and how it
works
and you also have a USB charging cable
now this mod is going to be firmware
upgradeable so you can use the USB cable
to charge and also upgrade you can use
other USB cables as well as long as the
USB cable supports data transfer alright
so here's a close-up look off the eel if
I power mod and I can tell you this
thing is pretty small not as small as a
lot of the mini mods that they have been
coming out recently definitely not as
small as those but it is pretty pretty
small definitely smaller than it looks
like in the pictures I've seen online
I've also seen reviews other in other
channels and it didn't look this small I
guess those guys just have smaller hands
alright so let's start from the top here
you have your spring-loaded 510
connection pin at the bottom you have
your USB charging port and also the
battery ventilation and you have two
screws here that hold everything
together and the design is very very
simple
alright just a smooth piece just a
smooth and solid piece with curved
symmetrical curve well not symmetrical
actually but curved on both sides
similar to how a lot of other eleaf mods
look as well I have been using this for
about a week now and you can see barely
no wear and tear just a tiny little bit
here and there which is pretty ok now
the screen itself is really really nice
they have a plastic covering here on the
screen which means that it's not so easy
to get it scratch or dirty it's not that
much of a fingerprint magnet although I
do get OCD sometimes and like to make it
look really clean and shiny but it's no
big deal
and you have your power button what it's
up Wallisch down and the middle button
here is the menu button
this is a reset button to turn the
device on just click five times on the
power button and now it's all clear
guinness is no atomizer right so it the
eleaf i power supports temperature
control ranging from 100 to 315 degrees
Celsius and in Fahrenheit that will be
200 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit in
temperature control mode it supports a
resistance between 0.05 to 1.5 ohm in
regular wattage mode or bypass mode it
supports between 0.1 M to 3 point 5 ohms
it is a built in battery so I don't have
to have your own charger you can use the
USB charging however of course as you
can see the position of the USB port
here means that you can't put your mod
upright when you are charging it you
have to put it on its side the charging
capacity of the USB is up to 1 amp right
so if you have a 1 amp charger you'll be
able to charge this pretty quickly
it's about 23.5 millimeters in diameter
so it's going to figure 22 millimeter
atomizers quite nicely
not so much or 24 or 25 millimeter
atomizer but I mean that's fine for me
it is a small neat looking mod and I
have a lot of 22 millimeter atomizers
actually more than the 24 and 25 it's
pretty light - it weighs only 167 grams
so to go up and down your wattage is you
just use the up and down button like
this it goes in increments of 0.1 watts
and there is some acceleration there and
now it's 80 and it goes down to a
minimum of 1 watt so the menu button
here in the middle is the one that you
use to switch between modes and all you
have to do is press and hold it down and
it will switch between modes cycle
between all the modes I'm going to show
you how that works right so just hold a
button down
the middle button only press it hold it
down and now the switch to bypass mode
smart mode nickel titanium stainless
steel em one memory one memory two and
preset memory three now it's back to
wattage mode right when you are in
bypass mode it acts as a magmar so it
shows you the voltage and it's gonna
deliver a 3.9 voltage right now the
battery is not fully charged and there's
nothing else you can do because it acts
just like a mech mod feeding power
directly from your batteries now the
smart mode is something completely
different right when you are in the
smart mode all you can see is low
high-end battery there and so you can go
up or down the water just just like this
alright that's down actually huh
alright go up or down wattages and
you'll see the bar moving now what
happens is that you can store up to 10
presets and it does this automatically
so now I have these serpent mini on here
and you can see you know perfect mod a
perfect tank for this mod and it looks
just nice
so it basically it has start the
resistance of the cards I'm using in the
serpent mini as one of the presets so
that's another 10 presets that you can
store now when I detach this and put in
another atomizer it will also store
their resistance of that atomizer only
in power mode doesn't work in
temperature control mode right and then
when I go up or down my ward age ok
let's say 36 Watt press the fire button
and that's where it will store for this
atomizer this resistance it will store
it at 36 Watt so when I move on to the
second analyzer if I've used it before
it will automatically switch to the
correct power mode and also the correct
wattage for that atomizer and when it
reaches 10 settings 10 stored settings
it will automatically delete the oldest
so it can stop 10 at any given time when
you are in temperature control
you can go up and down the temperatures
just like that all right now it's
Fahrenheit and when you get to the
lowest of four Fahrenheit
it stops release the button click one
more time it goes to Celsius and works
the same way now it has reached 100
degrees Celsius which is the minimum let
go press one more time it goes to
Fahrenheit now the wattage is however
you can't mess around with the wattages
in temperature control mode so basically
it pre hits your calls using up to 80
watts so the memory settings memory 1 2
3 are very useful to have a lot of other
modes have it as well
I don't use it simply because I forget
what M 1 M 2 and M 3 is after a while
which doesn't really make any know any
difference to me unless I can actually
put the name of the atomizer there I
don't use it I'm just dead forgetful all
right so now we're back to wattage mode
I'm going to go up to about 30 watts for
the serpent mini now when you press the
fire button you will see what do you see
you see how many seconds you have press
the fire button as you can see here
right and you see V W for variable
voltage and also the amount of water
just use let's take a fail right so now
when I want to lock my power settings
just press the up and down buttons at
the same time and it says lock right so
now I can still fire but I can adjust my
wattage so I can unlock by holding down
both buttons again now it says unlock
and now what I'm going to do is I'm just
going to show you how this little more
di power mode looks like on different
atomizers so you can see how it looks
like with the serpent mini on top the
serpent meaning is 22 millimeters in
diameter it sits flush just a tiny
little bit extra space over there and
here's how it looks like with the
kangertech subtank nano which is 19 mm
years all right so the same would go for
a kayfun mini which is also 19
millimeters and this how it looked like
more or less with a subtank mini on top
with the geek fake griffin and top right
so everything I showed you so far is 22
millimeters or less and I think that
would be just perfect for more like this
anything larger than that 24 you'd get
overhang but everything there should you
so far it fits in nicely
no rattle at all the 510 is just nice
for me I don't know some people may have
a problem with it I don't because it
just works
all right so that's it guys for the
close-ups now let's get back to FaceTime
I'm gonna tell you my personal
experiences with Eve I power 80 watts
and I'm also going to tell you my final
score all right so I'm going to be
vaping the Pico s Pico s the special
edition one-of-a-kind
Pico s clone right review for that
coming up on gk vibes as well at about
24 watts
nice refreshing cooling module of a Pico
s alright so the eve I power 80 watts
let's get to the point let's give it a
score so for build quality for the eleaf
high power
I think the build quality is really
really good I like the extra layer on
the screen as a shooter in the close-ups
right scratch-resistant I think well
it's there no scratches so far but
really nice the buttons are just plastic
key buttons but I mean they're pretty
sturdy pretty nice no rattle built in
battery and stuff so for the build
quality out of 10 I'm gonna give the eye
power 10 10 out of 10 for build quality
for design for design I like that it is
small pocket-friendly 22 millimeter
atomizers only that's not a big deal for
me I have lots of 22 millimeter Eddie's
in fact I prefer 22 millimeter Eddie's
so it's not a big deal for me so for
design I'm gonna give it 9 out of 10 I
like the overall design
I like the finishing one thing I don't
really like is the USB port right here
so it would have been nice if the USB
port was I don't know on its side like
some here or here you know wherever they
could fit it in there with this space so
with the USB on at the bottom like this
I got to put my mod on the side as I
showed you in the close-ups so 9 out of
10 for design for features I'm gonna
give it 9 out of 10 as well I like all
the features in the the menu that I
showed you bypass mode that is really
awesome for more this size and for this
price to have bypass mode thumbs up for
bypass mode temp control memory settings
everything except one little thing is
that I can adjust the wattage in
temperature control mode so that's what
makes it lose one point there so 9 out
of 10 which is still a very good
very very good score for power and
performance I'm gonna give it 10 out of
10 it has a huge battery and this can
last you the whole frickin day
really depends on how you wait but for
me the whole the whole day no problem at
all
and of course USB charging so it's very
very easy for those of you who don't
want to buy your own charger who don't
want to deal with batteries this is
gonna give you lots of power lots of
long-lasting power and it's easy just
charge it with a USB cable it is also
firmware upgradeable so yeah for power
10 out of 10 value for money well it
costs about 34 bucks 33 bucks check the
link in the description box below so
value for money I'm gonna give it 10 out
of 10 as well this thing I think I think
it is a real winner for eleaf lots of
people are going to be digging this in
fact I just had a look at the website so
their reviews on on the website is 4.9
out of 5 so I'm not the only one who's
happy with the eleaf I power I think
lots of others also very very happy with
eleaf I power it's easy to see why cost
the price is just nice the price is good
features are there bypass mode nice
elegant package elegant design many
different colors to choose from so all
in all it's a winner winner winner
chicken dinner 48 if I power and that
brings the average score to 9 points
which is a very good score actually
alright so that's all for this review
for the eleaf I power I hope you enjoyed
