over the basics basic is good
I bought a flip phone mainly for phone
calls and making text messages well
Diane your d'Oro is ideal for calls and
texts and it's also great for storing
contacts and snapping pictures let's
start by taking a look at the outside of
your phone when you look at the front
you'll see a camera and flash up at the
top and below that is a small screen
with the date time and a battery
indicator this screen will also display
icons when you receive messages and
calls along the left edge of the phone
there's a button to control volume
pressing the top turns up the volume of
your ringer or speaker and pressing the
bottom lowers the volume over on the
right edge of your phone is a slot for
charging your phone as well as a
headphone jack on the back of the phone
there's a speaker and an emergency call
button be sure to check out our special
video on how to set up and use this
button great I like having the emergency
buttons so readily accessible okay Diane

you'll see a speaker and beneath that is
your screen the screen area has a few
status indicators up top
including your cell phone signal

stronger reception this is also where
you'll see notifications appear when you
receive messages or calls here on the
screen you can see the time and date and
there are a few menu options along the
bottom of the screen anytime you see
menu options in the bottom corners of
the screen you can select these options
using the left and right soft keys these
are the top buttons on the left and
right side of the keypad

in the lower

select the main menu or if you ever want
to select what's highlighted here on
your screen simply press the ok button
at the top of your keypad right now the

menu the menus give a good look at what
your phone can do note that around the
ok button are your navigation buttons to
move around the menu you can press the
up down left or right buttons to move
the highlighted area around once you've
highlighted the feature you want press

your camera this will open up your
camera function faster than going
through the menu here you'll see the
green send button on the left this is
used when you're making a call or
sending a message and the red end button
is on the right you'll use this to hang
up after a call or exit a feature and
return to the main screen and it's also
the phone's power button okay got it and
