hello this is Nick with Nick's computer
fix calm and here's a quick video on how
to hard reset the LG Fiesta back to
factory default settings is free and
easy okay before we begin let's talk
about what does a hard reset do this
pushes your phone back to the way it was
when it was first new right out of the
box for the first time now keep in mind
it deletes all user apps and user data
including your pictures videos contacts
and phone numbers so a hard reset might
be just right for you if you have
forgotten your password and you're not
able to get into your phone or your
phone continuously freezes up a hard
reset can correct that issue so let's go
ahead and get started here by powering
off the LG Fiesta with the power button
if the phone is not already powered off
then press power off on the screen and
power off again once the LG Fiesta is
completely powered off we want to go
ahead and press the volume down button
and the power button simultaneously and
hold them down and wait for the LG logo
to appear once the LG logo appears only
release the power button and then press
the power button again and then you'll
get the factory data reset screen as you
see here now in order to move up and
down the menu here from yes to no and
back to yes you can use the volume up
and down button and once it's in the yes
position we go ahead and select yes by
pressing the power button and then we
get the next screen here which basically
says it's going to erase all user data
and restore the phone back to default
settings and you have a no or yes option
use the
you buttons to move down the menu - yes
and then press the power button to
select that option on the menu and then
after a few seconds I'll get a black
screen with a white circle and the word
erasing below it and once that's
completed erasing all my personal data
and my apps I get the LG life's good
logo with Android down below and after
that is complete it I will get the next
screen here which is in my case the
tracfone Wireless logo because that's
who I got the phone from and depending
on how much it needs to do that logo can
stay on your screen for a few seconds to
a few minutes and then you'll get the
Android is starting and of course you
get the little enjoye robot here and you
get a percentage of how much is
completed in setting up the default
settings and the words do not turn off
your phone and I strongly advise do not
power your phone off and if I did not
mention that earlier it would be to your
benefit to ensure that the phone is
fully charged to at least 80% before you
begin the hard reset process okay once
it's completed the screen will go black
and you'll end up with the welcome
screen and you can select your language
and set up your phone just as if it was
brand new right out of the box okay
that's the end of this video subscribe
