okay so I have a 2005 Twitter four-wheel
drive and earlier I was stuck and didn't
know how to put this thing in four-wheel
drive what happened was this indicator
in the front there was just blinking
blinking blinking and no matter what I
did
it would not stay solid so I was able to
safely turn around and go home with my
tail between my legs because everybody
else was passing me up the hill and so
I'm trying to test it now so I can see
how it works the owners manual was not
very clear at least not to me and I
really didn't see too much on YouTube or
anywhere that showed me exactly how to
do this in a step-by-step fashion so I'm
going to go through it right now so I
got my foot on the brake and this is
like normal driving this is what I drive
like every day and so what I'm doing to
do is I'm going to push this full drive
button up and now crazy as it seems this
happens I wasn't doing it before it was
just blinking blinking blinking so then
what you can do is you press this button
here is like looks like a slippery
little
wheels and when you press that and hold
it down for a second two things happen
this vfc off light comes on and the
center light will come on to show you
that it is locked now it's a four wheel
drive so I was driving a little bit
earlier I'm on a hill it's hard to see
hey hey so I was out in hell I'm on a
hill and I'm going to try and drive now
the truck is moving before the back
tires would just slip in it I wasn't
going anywhere so now I'm going to turn
it off so what I'm going to do is I'm
going to go backwards so I'm gonna pull
this button down would I do that
that vsc turns off let go the button
valve all things flashed now this is
what was happened to me before when I
was in harm's way on a hill and
everybody was having accidents so then
what I'm going to do is I'm going to go
here and I'm going to just take this
button here so it goes out
and now all of a sudden this is off now
when I try and take off from being on
this hill I can drive my back tires are
slipping I'm not going there
and this crazy whatever this light is
comes on alright so that's how to put in
a four-wheel drive and the manual pretty
much talks about putting in like high
and low so that that's pretty self
descriptive but my problem was I
couldn't get it to go on a four-wheel
drive at all and I thought that there
was a problem so if you have any
questions hopefully this resolves your
questions ok have a nice day
