in the beginning phases before i figured
out this strategy number one
nothing to do because i've got no
meetings which means
i've got no opportunities to get clients

got no clients to call
or you've managed your existing client
portfolio and you've got no new
prospects to call
that can become very very boring
very very quickly number two big big
struggle that i had when i didn't have
enough meetings
was when i did get a meeting i started
trying to sell them
absolutely every service under the sun
from facebook ads content creation
email marketing funnels follow-up
strategy
you name it audits and that means that i
was breaking my number one principle
which
right now is a rule that every single
person
must apply to their social media
marketing agencies that is
never sell the right solution to the
wrong prospect
don't give the service that won't help
and have an impact for their business
just because you can adding additional
services
after that once they've had success
which i've said also in one of my other
videos was about how i went from zero to
100k
per month is really really powerful make

meetings every single week at a minimum
every single day at the best and once
you get that system in place which i'm
going to be sharing with you guys and

when things changed for me once i had

skyrocketed
nothing happens overnight but if you put
this system in place
every single day you will create
opportunities
so what was the method that actually
turned it all around for me
in the beginning of my agency career and
helped me skyrocket my business to
amazing heights it is of course that
organic
strategy when i got started of
outreaching
clients through social media but what i
want to give you is the exact method
that we use
to this day book onto meetings and sell
here's the entire thing in a nutshell
okay it's very
very simple but very very effective
stage one of this process you need to
have a social media account and it
really really helps if you've got a
personal brand where you're posting
content consistently you've got your
profile that stage one stage two is
deciding
what niche your business will serve the
best
every single day you should be targeting
a specific type of business that you
believe you can get results for you've
got your profile
you know who you're targeting the third
stage is sending them the first
message reaching out to them via the dm
now a quick couple of tips with your dms
this is the most powerful thing you have
to number one
make it complementary make sure you
personalize it with their brand name
their brand details and number three
include
something in it which is relevant and
accurate based on their social media
page
and their social media content that is
super super
important that's the first one two and
three stages
you don't do nothing now what's just as
important as those first three stages to
get the conversation
started is what you should not do when
you're outreaching
to save yourself the pain embarrassment
and ruining
potential client relationships before
they've even got started the number one
thing you don't want to do is start
selling
on the first message the other thing
that i hate to see in the instagram dm
is massive text chunks that are
huge paragraphs obviously just copied
and pasted the third thing that i'd
recommend
you do not do is jump the gun and try to
get these people onto a booked meeting
without having the appropriate
conversation length
relevant to their business before you
make the offer
super important don't underestimate
those three points of what not to do
back to the actual
method itself once you get a reply start
your qualification
questions what is a qualification
question all about achieving it's about
understanding
is this a client first of all i think i
can help second of all i see myself
working with and third of all a project
that i would
enjoy this is one of the most overseeing
things i see with new agency owners
they're rushing and jumping into deals
with businesses with
projects products services that they
have absolutely
zero interest in actually marketing
which then leads them to being
dispassionate about the project which
then leads to a bad client relationship
and ultimately
losing the client and not getting that
recurring revenue consistently banked in
their business
it's a trap don't do it stage five
you've gone through this process
you've qualified them you your boxes are
ticked you're excited you think wow this
is actually the project of my dreams
that
is when you want to offer to hop on
a quick call with your booking link how
do you
approach that message is super super
important i'm going to be telling you at
the end of the video

stage six if you don't do this you're
leaving so much money on the table
and that is follow up the booked call
message
with a phrase like what time did you
pick
asking them what time they pick is
prompting them to
ensure they go through that process
because of course you want to share
ideas
on how you can help their business and
potentially partner with them to help
them grow even further and continue
doing remember the compliment in stage
one the amazing work that they're
already doing
that is the exact outreach method on how
we book 10 meetings back to back
every single day in my agency's social
agendas
now when you implement this system guys
it's not going to be all sunshine and
rainbows it is a work in progress you're
not going to get it right
the first time that you apply this
system so work on it
stay disciplined and get your numbers
pumping up to the absolute maximum in
terms of
how wide you're casting your net and how
many people
you're messaging and outreaching every
single day you won't get booked calls
often in the first day that you've sent
a message to a potential prospect
it takes time for you to qualify them it
takes time to have that preliminary
conversation in the dms so on average a
good target for you to try and reach
is one to three days for a booked call
with each business you're speaking to
that means if you send a message today
right now you outreach a business using
this method
expect on average to book a call with
them and offer them a call
successfully in about three days play
by the rules don't skip the details
personalize those messages
all the things i've mentioned already in
the video because you will be penalized
if you look and feel like a robot by the
platform
like instagram that you're using to
outreach if it sees that you're just
hammering out the same message to loads
and loads of different brands and
companies without actually making it
real
you're going to get banned and shadow
banned from the platform which means
they'll disable your ability to send
messages
