I'm going to be sharing with you three
easy ways to close the sale in this
video I'm so excited about this video
today guys because I know closing the
sale can become really nerve-racking for
some of you and I know a lot of you
struggle with it so in today's video I'm
going to be sharing with you three easy
ways that you can close the sale that's
going to make you feel really confident
and comfortable at the same time firstly
before we get started I want to let you
guys know that every one of us needs to
close the sale when it comes to your
skin treatments we need to set ourselves
up successfully by making sure
everything's running smoothly and
effectively at the same time now when I
started out in the industry I used to be
so scared of closing the sale I would
get to the end of the treatment go
through my products and I would just
watch the clients face like and then I
would chicken out and not ask for the
sale and instead I would be like I'll
just leave these at the front for you to
have a look at on your way out and you
know what happens they don't buy so it's
okay because I know a lot of you do this
and you're obably thinking yourself I
still do that or I do it sometimes
sometimes I close the sale but sometimes
they don't and I know a lot of you
chickened out but today we're going to
focus on some easy ways to help you
close the sale the first easy way to
close a sale is setting yourself up for
success from the very beginning and this
is my most effective way of closing the
sale without it feeling too pushy so it
all starts from the beginning of your
consultations I will go through a
consultation with my client and what
I'll say at the end before we start the
treatment is I'll say at the interview
treatment today I'm going to go through
a few options with you to help you at
home would that be okay then of course
they're going to say yes who doesn't say
yes to some help so I haven't ever had a
know this really works guys so if you
want to start doing that and that way
you know by the end of the treatment
they already said yes to having a look
at a few products makes your life so
much easier it gets rid of the nerves
and it helps you feel really confident
as well because you know that they
actually want to listen to what you're
talking about all you need to do is go
through the options at the end of the
treatment and all you have to say is
would you like to take any of these home
with you today just ask but then wait
wait for them to respond don't talk
yourself out of it once you're in the
habit of actually asking them you'll be
fine and like I said with all my other
videos it's okay to get ornery so don't
let that scare you
now the second easy way to close the
sale is showing them off the shelf at
reception now this works really well in
a salon or a clinic because a lot of the
clients don't stay there basically in
the room come out straight to pay for
their treatment so this works really
well if you work in a salon or a clinic
you should definitely try this some of
you might already be doing this so let
me know in the comments down below if
it's working really well for you but all
you need to do is at the end of the
treatment ask the client how they're
feeling and let them know you could just
go and leave the room for to let them
get change and you're going to meet them
at the front and you're going to go
through a few options with them to help
them at home the client comes out to the
front all you need to do is go through a
few key products on the shelf just
showing them talking to them educating
them just like you usually would and
then you can ask them you know you can
take the products off the shelf and
actually get them to feel it talk them
through a little bit more with them and
then just ask them would you like to
take it in this home with you today you
know you could just start off with this
one and then when you come in in six
weeks time we can get you started on
this one try it my third and final easy
way to close the sale is in the
treatment room so it's quite similar to
the first one but this one is slightly
different so what I normally do is go
through at the end of the treatment let
them know I'm just going to leave the
room to let you get changed and when I
come back in I just like you to take a
seat on that chair there for me and I'm
just going to run through a few things
that I've noticed with your skin and a
few things to help you at home you come
back into the room and then you need to
be sitting with them at the same level
so don't stand over them it's really
overpowering you want to be able to talk
to them on the same level so pull up a
chair talk them through what you're
going to recommend them but tell them
why as well at the same time so you can
go through a few options you can either
show them the whole skincare range that
you would like them on eventually or if
you know they're already using good
products you can just
through a few key ingredients a few key
products that you want to talk about and
all you need to do is just ask the Sal
okay guys you can do this by asking
would you like to start off with any of
these tonight do you see yourself using
this tonight would you like to start off
with any of these products today the one
thing if you're going to take one thing
away from this video is take away that
you need to close a sale with every
single client and I'm telling you this
because I've worked as a manager and
I've also worked as a receptionist for
years so I know what it's like when a
therapist comes out and they haven't
closed the sale they've told me I could
have talked through these main ones I
don't know if they're going to take
anything they come out to reception and
I go through would you like me to go
through anything with you today these
the ones that so-and-so is recommended
the client most of the time says oh no
not today most the time they don't
really know me you know they come toward
a fresh new face on reception if it's
you you've looked after them
you've recommended you've actually done
their treatment you've looked at their
skin they trust you so it's up to you to
take responsibility for your own client
and actually ask for the sale like I
always say don't let the no scare you
