let's get into a thing if you're
interested in selling seeds or any kind
of
something that uh people have to
create with your product uh or or
make you know what i'm saying kind of
like seeds you have to uh know how to
plant them and you know get them to
sprout and
keep them going um let me let me tell
you what you encounter
the first thing you encounter is you
counter a lot of hate speech
from people that claim they can go down
to the local store and pick up
uh a pack of seeds for a quarter
or or half of what you're what you are
have are charging
that's great you know what you need to
do you need to go buy those seeds
you're you're purchasing seeds from me
online
at out of convenience guys it shows up
at your door
not only that you're getting by far
more seeds in a pack from me than you
are from your local store
on top of that i have to pay shipping
for you to get your seeds people don't
realize that
that the the shipping for me to ship
to you to say in california cost
more than what you could buy the seeds
from me for
face to face if you came to me face to
face you could get them for a certain
price
but it but if i have to ship it i'm
shipping it to you
now why is that oh people say well stamp
doesn't cost that much
well only idiots use stamps only idiots
that that don't want their product to
get paid for their product or have to go
through bad reviews because the people
say they didn't get your product and
you're forced to
either refund their money or send them
more product and use
more money to pay for a stamp and all
that kind of stuff and you lose seed
sales and all that
you have to have a tracking number if
you use facebook marketplace
you can't sell anything what you if you
you could sell
but you're not going to get paid for 21
days
who the hell wants to do that if you're
selling thousands of packs of seeds
who wants to sell seeds and only get
paid every 21 days that's just
ridiculous
so i have to pay for a shipping number
for you
to get seeds anyway
that's one thing the second thing i i
think is important that you're going to
come across
is you're going to get bad reviews why
because not everybody knows how to start
a seed if when i sell seeds i get it i
have it
in my description on how to start the
seeds after that it's up to you if you
don't know how to follow directions or
if you you start your seeds in the dead
dead of winter and you put them outside
guess what they're not gonna sprout
if you drown your seeds they're not
going to sprout
so here's the thing about it all of my
seeds
have been tested okay my like
my my my seeds they're either
they'll test out at 85 sometimes
sometimes sometimes some of the seeds
are something to test out at 80 there's
nothing you do about it
between 80 and 95 percent will have a
a a rate that is
i think is phenomenal go good luck
go somewhere else and and find you some
seeds that that that are better than
that it's gonna give you a hundred
percent which is bull crap there's no
way
there's a hundred percent so what you
can do
is you could say okay i buy these seeds
from this guy that has like a 85 to a 95
uh of sprout rate
guess what if your stuff doesn't sprout
you did something wrong
not everybody in the world is able to
start seeds and
and and grow stuff i even i i i grow
lots of things
even i sometimes make mistakes and my
seeds don't sprout
and i take from the same pack of seeds
and try again
it's because i did something wrong
so prepare yourself for bad reviews
because people are not going to do like
i did
and say i made a mistake let me try some
more
let me give an example i have a lady
give me a bad review on etsy which i
think etsy is ridiculous
whether their review system works and
you can't refute anything it's just
there forever
so she gave me a bad review
on some uh pepper seeds she got for me
well i know the pepper seeds are good i
grow peppers all the time that's my main
thing is peppers
i wouldn't be able to grow peppers if i
didn't if my seeds sucked
so she gives me a bad review says their
seeds didn't sprout
that i was a terrible guy so i contacted
this lady and i said hey what's the deal
what what happened what's going on
she proceeds to tell me out of a hundred
over a hundred
seeds she took five seeds
out of the pack now keep in mind
this is in the winter she took five
seeds out of the pack
tried to put them in the ground in the
winter and they didn't sprout for her
duh i mean
i can't imagine why
you still have at least 100 more seeds
to give it a shot in the right time of
the year
but yet you go to my etsy page
you find this lady and guess what she
has she still has a bad review about me
on there because
she started seeds at the wrong time of
year outside
and six seeds out of out of over a
hundred
so prepare yourself for bad reviews
because you're gonna come across people
that a lot of people just do not know
how to start seeds or do gardens but
they see a pretty picture of what you
what this what it is or
they have a desire to try it here's my
advice for people that
just decide to give you bad reviews
sometimes it helps to look in the mirror
it's not always the product's fault
sometimes it's yours
so anyway those are a couple of things
that you're going to encounter when
you're selling stuff like seeds online
