all right so today I wanted to talk um I
really wanted to talk about starting off
the month strong on the right foot
so that's gonna be our topic today very
quickly though let me give you some
housekeeping if you guys are newer to
Tuesday trainings these normally I
completely forgot that I had a doctor's
appointment today but normally these
will run at 2 p.m. Central Standard Time
and so you can adjust
I should probably post that again that
timing chart out for everybody so I know
everybody is in different time zones so
that would probably be helpful of me to
do that
but every single Tuesday we go live and
so those are you can join live that's
amazing and fantastic I love when you
guys get to join live Ashley Heather
hello because that gives you the
opportunity to to kind of be a part of
the conversation but it also gives you
an opportunity to kind of know where
Jackie's gonna be at least one day a
week right not to say that you can't
ever even if I'm not your direct sponsor
I am still your director so you can
always reach out to me anytime that
you'd like texting I always say is the
best way to get a hold of Jackie because
I really try and push back from spending
too much loggy lollygagging on Facebook
to be completely real because honestly
you can get lost in the scroll right you
lost over there and then I'm like that's
just time that I could be working on my
business rather than just scrolling so I
can get in and get out so I really focus
on the groups when I'm in here um and so
if you're send me a facebook them I said
yes I will see it I just can't guarantee
you that I will see it like right away
or that day so if it's something that
you need immediate help with you can
post into groups either the this one
here sent 365 or in the sense of Bliss
group
sense of bliss definitely has a lot more
they've got over a thousand different
members and all different time zones and
areas so and there's a lot of people who
get on like at night too so usually if I
ever needed a question like answered
like right away or something like that
and it was late or at a weird time or
something you can usually count that
somebody unscented blesses awake in
there so that's kind of how I look at it
but you do get a larger response too so
if you're looking for maybe ideas or
things like that you're posting about
that stuff that's what I sent it bliss
is a really great place not that we
won't give you ideas in this group of
course we will but again if you're
looking for a larger base of people then
definitely scented bliss but every
Tuesday we go live on a different
training topic and so I encourage you
guys to try and join live when you can
and if not definitely make time to at
least catch the replay I try really try
try try to keep it right at 30 minutes
so I'm not taking too much of your time
I know for me personally I still you
know I've been doing this now for eight
years yeah eight years eight years have
been doing this and I will tell you that
I still to this day watch plenty of
training videos every single week
because I am constantly wanting to
absorb more information and as a mom as
a wife and errands to run and doctor's
appointments to get you and things like
that right you can get overwhelming and
I don't want you guys to feel
overwhelmed so one of the ways this is
off topic but one of the ways that I
find is really helpful to get that
personal training in what I really want
to invest in me is even if it's just
picking dinner even if it's later in the
evening getting ready to put my daughter
to bed my youngest then I will put in my
earbuds and I'm
listen to a YouTube training right or a
live training or something like that
that maybe I missed in one of the groups
so I'm still kind of present with my
family but I'm still able to kind of
retain that if that makes sense
hey Kimber so those are really great
ways that you can kind of squeeze in
time because as I always like to say and
others like to say to you
you cannot pour from an empty cup you
have to be filling yourself and if you
aren't feeling like you're at your best
or at the top of your game that it's
really gonna be hard for you to put that
out there right and as I always say
attraction marketing is where it's out
sharing the scent hashtag sexy life is
where it's at so if you don't feel like
you're in that place to be able to give
that passion then you need to refill
your cup and sometimes that can be done
with a youtube it can be done with one
of these trainings it can be done with
reading a book look I've got my
bookshelf back there Rachel Hollis books
and atomic habits and all kinds of stuff
back there right when I just need that
kick in the pants motivation I need to
get back into me and that really does
make a big difference so alright so to
give you guys an idea again those of you
who are newer can you see hi come here

if you guys have been following me for a
while and you know mr. hero but we're
healing very well used to be alright
he's Mia he's the owner he had a he
basically broke his femur up at the hip
joint there so we had we had a surgery
and we're still recovering
but we're still happy to be here aren't
we yes we are all right there's mr.
hero's appearance so um oh yeah okay um
let's talk about numbers Rebecca right
shall we let's talk about numbers
so we're gonna talk about today I'm
starting the month off strong okay
starting it off strong
so here's what we want to do if you guys
have not yet
I say these keywords for importance if
you haven't yet made any personal goals
for yourself I want you to make some
personal goals for yourself I don't care
if that is writing it down on a post-it
note and sticking it to the fridge or
the mirror in the bathroom if you're
like me Jackie does all of her planning
on digital now so my goal is right boom
there on the front page of my digital
planner on my iPad if you use your
cellphone for most of your business
stuff then hello make a graphic with
your goals and put your goals in there
right use whatever program you use or
app make a graphic and then make it your
flipping wallpaper that way every time
you look at your phone you were looking
at your goals the whole point is to have
those goals front and center front and
center they need to be in front of you
because if you lose track throughout the
month which is very easy to do right
especially Jackie squirrel oh my gosh
what just happened right you lose track
very easily and we can get off course
and if you're one of those people who
Scrolls a lot on Facebook you know how
that happens too right you can lose it
in there so there's ways in order for us
to help keep those blinders on and be
focused on our business because if you
guys are here to really work this as a
business and start earning that $500
paycheck that $1,000 paycheck
that $2,000 paycheck that $10,000
paycheck every single month and these
are the things that we need to do
because in the words of Chloe Cox who I
love to pieces if you want to stand out
and be the 1% then you have to do what
99% of the people are not doing and that
means showing up for your business every
single day in some shape or form or
another you have to show up in order to
build your business and build it strong
and especially when it comes to social
media and a lot of you are like me right
we really really work to build our
businesses through social media and
social media has a huge power that is
how I have built like this
I will never discount the power of
social media because it has the ability
to put you in front of so many more
people last week we talked about
bringing our circle of life bigger right
circle of life is being able to branch
out and and get more people into your
circle social media is taking that to
infinity and beyond in the words of Buzz
Lightyear right so it is totally pushing
it out there because if you're doing a
YouTube video if you're doing a live on
Facebook if you're doing stories on
Facebook or Instagram if you're doing
Instagram if you're on Pinterest if
you're on Twitter if you're on snapchat
if you're doing tik-tok videos whatever
that is all of those things are working
24/7 yeah they are they're working 24/7
so even as we sleep and get our beauty
rest right those social media platforms
are still pushing your content out right
they are they are and to be able to get
the most eyes on your content hashtags
are the way to go people hash tags hash
tags are recognized with Facebook with
Instagram especially with Twitter the
tic-tock even has hashtags in their
snapchat
I don't know if I've ever actually uses
a hashtag in snapchat but I could who
knows but Instagram Facebook right all
of these platforms right run on hashtags
so if you want to really get your stuff
in front of more people especially on
Twitter it will usually show you like
the trending hashtags I always trying to
make my hashtags somewhat relevant to
what I'm talking about
usually just sharing you know what I'm
doing in my home what lacks I'm warming
today oh look I'm changing out the scent
pods in my mini wall fan diffuser these
are fantastic you guys gotta get things
right whatever it is that I'm talking
about trying to keep my hashtags
relevant to it but sometimes it's easier
to to kind of use more of the trending
hashtags right sometimes it's just as
simple as today's a Monday right hash
check Monday hash tag Monday it's Monday
what are you doing for your business
today right did you change your wax did
you put any Centreville in the car are
you emailing out information on joining
your team
I hope so because we've got an incentive
happening right but whatever it is that
you're doing share a piece of that just
share ways that you don't share
specifics you don't have to show them
the exact emails you're sending or
anything like that right right but you
have to be able to show the passion and
show to the people who are watching who
are looking to possibly join their team
or maybe thought about it or have heard
about something they're like oh my gosh
this chick really seems to be on her
game then oh my gosh how easy do they
make it look because look it just looks
like they're doing posts all day and
they're you know they're listening to a
TED talk while they're doing mail outs
today right I can do that right this is
is not rocket science
Cynthia it's not rocket science right
you don't have to have a special degree
you don't have to have special knowledge
or skills or anything like that to be
successful with sensi you don't all you
have to do is show up share your passion
and once people start to see that
passion they're gonna start to follow
you that's the whole point of Attraction
marketing right
attraction marketing is what people are
seeing you do you know you've heard the
term influencer I'm sure that you guys
right whether that's and a lot of it has
to social media influencers right
especially on Instagram and tic toc and
all of this right and that's why usually
on Instagram is probably where I see it
the most is where you'll see hashtag ad
ad in their post somewhere because right
there an influencer for whatever it is
that they're trying to hype up we don't
have to use the hashtag ad you can I'm
not saying you can't but you don't have
to do that but my point being is you see
all of these people celebrities included
who are out there using their influence
on social media to then share hey look
this is what I'm doing right now in my
life and it's working amazing and I love
it and I love it and I love it right it
gives me so many great benefits right
hello be talking about that with your
sexy business whether or not that
sharing the things that you do as a
consultant whether or not that's
changing your wax whether that that is
oh my gosh have you had a chance to
smell the new scent of the month spring
has sprung I love doing boomerangs I
think those are really fun to do they're
very you'd see they're very quick I can
get those and then I can save the
boomerang I can put it out on Instagram
I can put it on my hands two stories I
can put it on Facebook I put it as a
Facebook story I could put it on
Pinterest I can make it Pinterest I can
put it on Twitter right I like to be
able to reuse the content that I'm
putting out there so not like doing 800
steps just to push out some content you
can spread the same content around
different sources right because
different people are looking at
different platforms now you need to be
able to have your goals present like I
said they have to be first and foremost
they have to be right in front of you
because that's how we work as humans
that's how our brains work we have to
see it to know that it is there
I live in Missouri we are called the
Show Me State I need to be able to see
my goals and know what I'm working for
and keep that focus so like I said make
it your wallpaper in your phone put it
on
post-it note on the bathroom mirror rant
down your plan or whatever it is that
you look at at least once a day most of
us that's probably the phone so you the
wallpaper might be the greatest thing to
do I don't know but it depends but put
girls out there I want you to make goals
if you haven't already made goals for
this month I want you to take 5 10 15
minutes and I want you to sit down and
think about what are my goals for this
month these are the three things that I
want you to focus on how many people do
you want to recruit this month are you
are you in it for the incentive I hope
so
we're only talking about the incentive
tonight by the way in our zoom call at
6:30 Central Standard Time so be
watching for that we're going to talk
about making a plan for that incentive
but how many people do you want to
sponsor this month that's goal number
one what do you want your PRV to be this
month well number two and goal number
three needs to be I am going to do more
of blank this month that may be
marketing that may be booking parties
that may be making samples that may be
having conversations that may be talking
to your local friends and saying hey
let's go meet up for some coffee at
Panera and sit down and chill or
whatever and I'll bring my testers and
we can just sniff and drink some coffee
right boom boom that those are ways to
be able to get to where you want to be
so write those goals down and then like
I said put them somewhere where they are
going to smack you in the face every
single day because when you do that when
you are able to put those goals in front
of you and you are able to keep the
momentum going because if you're
anything like me I don't like to fail
and I don't like to over promise myself
so here's here's an example of what I'm
talking about here so don't overextend
yourself beyond means meaning when I say
your goal should be I want to sponsor X
number of people this month
okay I want to sponsor seventy-five
people this month is that a great goal
that's a great goal is that achievable
maybe but highly improbable okay so you
need to keep your goals realistic okay
now for Lisa
especially you had seventeen hundred and
PRV last month right so you know you
know if you hit seventeen hundred that
if you push maybe a little bit harder
this month you could probably hit that
2000 for your paralegal this month right
that's something doable now for those of
you maybe just starting and you really
or maybe last month you you only did
like $50 or something like that I want
you to make your goal at least 200 to be
active if you were not active last month
that should be your first goal I want to
have a minimum of $200 in PRV that needs
to be your goal because again if you are
working this business as a business and
you at least need to be bringing in 200
PRV every single month because that
means that you are talking to more
people you are sharing more in social
media you are having a party you were at
least doing something within your
business and that is what is going to
make the difference in your business
because that's gonna open that circle of
life up you're gonna have more people to
followup with afterwards right and and
check and see how they're doing and
those may be people who want to join
your team later we don't know but the
whole point is that's what we need to be
working towards okay so that's where you
kind of want to not not make things so
unrealistic that is just not humanly
possible to do so restrain it pull it
back if you need to okay now if you want
to hold yourself accountable
accountability is a huge thing for a lot
of us right accountability you guys if
you're anything like me you're on any
type of
social media and I'm sure you've seen
the post of the before and the after
picture look I lost 75 pounds right
you'd see the before picture you see the
after picture just anybody ever see what
happens in between that before-and-after
picture
there's by a handful of people that
actually do show they're in between
maybe to share their workouts when
they're doing them whatever right we can
do the same thing with Scentsy right we
can do the same thing look every single
one of us this month me included every
single one of us Tracy tomorrow our
super star director everybody on the
first of the month starts out with zero
there's your before picture right zero
PRV then your end of the month picture
can be your after picture right now in
the middle if you're really looking to
recruit and build your business then you
need to be sharing what you're doing
because especially not only sharing that
will draw interest on social media but
it will also help those people who are
thinking I've heard about that sensi
thing I know a lot of people really like
it they're interested in it I've got
friends to talk about it or buy it or
whatever blah blah I've thought about
maybe joining I don't know and then when
they start to follow you and they start
to see that this business is not rocket
science it is sharing sense and
fragrance and all the cool things that
we've got going right set from
everything from sin circles to laundry
to dish soap to pack products right we
literally are taking care of everybody
including the kids with the buddies and
the Disney stuff and everything else
right there is really something for
everybody within sensi
do people drive a car they should have
at least a Sun circle or a car bar or
the little car vent fan clips right
hello just want a nice car I want a nice
car do they have kids in their car
are they the minivan mom who has has the
kids in the car and their carpets look
like crap have you guys seen the before
and after pictures of using the counter
clean the sensi counter clean to be able
to scrub the carpets in the car oMG now
my carpet and my car is black so there's
really no like before-and-after but I
don't know if it wasn't black I guess
maybe it'd be easier to look at but like
I even show when I'm used is the sensi
fresh on all of the curtains and we only
have carpet on the stairs that go to our
lower level in our home but otherwise
nice for everything else is for
everything from the shower curtain to
the curtains on the wall to the rugs to
the hand towels to the pillows on the
couches right I like literally spray at
all
sprayed and i even spray my fake plants
yes I do
hello do you think this fake plant is
not scented it smells like coconut
lemongrass right now so we've got our
green flowers but trust me every little
fake plant that you see in Jackie's
house is sprayed so there's different
ways to use the product is my whole
point right and I can share that with
other people because other people to
want their homes that's real nice so you
need to be able to show people how easy
it is to work this as a business and how
they can do it too and incorporate it
into their lives that's gonna help you
with your sponsoring it's also gonna
help people who just are interested in
the product right that like no trust
factor it is a real thing it is real
so you're gonna make your goals you're
gonna make your goals then you're gonna
work those goals after you have your
goal set I want you to figure out what
you need to do to get to those goals if
your goal is I want to recruit one
person this month
great who in your circle of life has
either have you either had a
conversation with at some point or maybe
you haven't at all maybe they're a brand
new customer or you are a new consultant
and you're like I haven't started doing
follow-up chat or I haven't like checked
in to see if Sally really liked that
fragrance flower that she bought from me
last month that was so cool that she
bought that oh my gosh but I never
actually like followed up with her after
she got it this is your chance and
follow-up is huge in your business
you're going to find if you don't
already realize this follow-up is huge
and this is how you want to follow up
the first follow up should just be a
simple Thank You Sally thank you so much
for getting that fragrance ladder for me
and buying that firm from you last month
if your business really means a lot to
me I appreciate your support thank you
so much boom done now the conversation
goes further by all means move forward
but your first initial follow-up should
always just be thank you thank you the
second time that you follow-up which I
usually push out to about two weeks
after they've ordered and that's when at
that point they should have at least
opened whatever it is that they bought
whether that's the fragrance flower
whether that's the washer with whether
that's a Scentsy bar right hopefully
they've at least opened it either
smelled it or they're warming the wax
whatever blah blah blah they put the
warmer up in their house whatever it is
that they bought right that's when I
follow up and go hey how are you loving
that aloe water and cucumber fragrant
flower where do you have weird roots set
it up at is it at your desk at work or
do you have it at home right make a
conversation because the whole point is
to build relationships you really want
to ask don't be generic don't put
yourself into the corner and paint
yourself into the corner of thinking
that you need a script
every time you call somebody because I
don't want you to be using scripts it
will come off and it will sound like
trust me like you were reading a script
and that's not what we're about right
we're about being authentic and building
relationships and that's what we want to
focus on
and then make notes when you follow up
if you aren't using a me especially if
you're a newer consultant then you have
a free trial for a me so get on your
free trial and use it it directly links
to your workstation so on your phone you
can actually have it with you every
single time every single time Lisa I'm
using Amy yes yes it does make it so
easy because everything is there you can
create those templates so I like to do
is just put choose the template put it
in hit Send
boom it's sending to their text right
unless you want to add any extra words
in there then you can of course but the
whole point is then to then check out
and see how they're liking it and that's
usually when I ask hey by the way we've
gotten a new sent end I've got it on me
the spring has sprung that's the set for
March I'd love to send you a sample
maybe maybe they just ordered online
from you or something right that's
usually when I will say is it can I go
ahead and include a product list and
there for you whether it's a part
whether I'm mailing a product list or a
showcase brochure or a catalogue usually
for a brand new customer who maybe did
an order of like $50 or more I will
definitely spend the postage and send
them a catalog because I want them to
see it all right that means they're
they're really at least somewhat like
excited about something because they
spent enough money to be a little bit
excited so I want them to say the
catalog if this is a regular customer or
as if this is a customer who maybe just
person purchase just like a few bars
that kind of gives you an idea they
probably already have a warmer from some
other consultant that maybe they used to
buy from who doesn't sell anymore
whatever but thing to see what we have
now right so I'd probably send them a
product list and a sample of our scent
hey is it okay if I send you a protocol
s and a sample because I'd love for you
to smell this one I love it and then
when you send that you can also then
include a join brochure okay then if
you're newer if you're just reinstated
in those kits you have all of that
information if not you can go to your
workstation you can print it out okay
and print it out doesn't have to be
printed up give you a hand right at
handwrite it hello
hello okay being able to have that
conversation and build that relationship
is huge by the time I get around to the
third time of following up with them
right I've thanked them I've then
checked in to see how they're liking
their product where they're using it
maybe you know maybe if they bought like
a six pack of bars which one's your
favorite that's usually what I asked
which one did you love the most that and
then I'm like I will make a note in my
ami app or on my plan or however it is
that I'm talking with them if you're
using a notebook whatever write it down
and write down what you took away from
the conversation maybe you can write
down oh my gosh she's pregnant she's
gonna have her baby in the fall right so
hello he can kind of keep that in the
back of your mind right things like that
so when I'm following up on that third
time which is usually about a month
after they've ordered that's usually
when I am then asking them if they would
like to book a party either online maybe
I could send them one in the mail if
they're local I could meet up with them
and give them a pouch part of your bag
party right and then I'm also always
always always going to drop the
opportunity and mention hey if you ever
want to make some extra money you holler
at me and you let me know because I've
totally got a way that you can earn some
extra money every month and that's kind
of how I leave it and will really truly
leave it short and sweet I don't try and
I used to I used to when I first started
I would word vomit everything about
sensing oh oh my gosh it's like because
you're getting so excited because
somebody actually got interested right
you're like I gotta tell them everything
about then see them and they need to
know it all and then you start a word
vomit and then what happens they just
totally like glaze over they're done
they're hey however they are not
listening anymore so keep away from the
word moment you don't want to do that
but at the same time you need to be able
to at least just mention it drop it and
then wait and see what their response is
oh no no I could never do that blah blah
okay great make make a note write make a
note okay at least offered
opportunity not interested right now and
then next time what you can do when
you're following up after that or when
you're having a conversation with them
or when you see them online or whatever
it is however it is that you're building
that relationship because that's what
we're all about is building
relationships is when you're going to
remind them how easy it is look I'm
sitting here watching duct tape which
that's what I usually do in the evening
Madison's on a whole DuckTales cake on
Disney Plus we watched all of the duck
tails now we're watching darkwing duck
same day remember dark moontak yeah so
we're watching that every evening so
normally for those people I'm like
normally saying hey I'm sitting here
stuck watching darkwing duck with my
daughter but hey don't forget we're
running a huge special this month on
blah blah or we've got this coming out
this month little ball right and what is
that doing first of all it's giving them
information that's staying in contact
with them but at the same time it's just
a little way for them to have that
little nugget of information to say wow
she just works for business while she's
watching TV with a kid nugget put that
over there right they're gonna remember
those nuggets because they're gonna
remember I am she talked about how she
she loves it and I always see her posts
about how excited she is about things
and Wow huh
right and they start to roll that nugget
around and what happens just like when
you're building a snowman that snowman
doesn't start out at the big ball right
it starts out as a nugget and once that
nugget starts rolling and rolling and
rolling and it becomes a bigger nugget
that's when they're gonna reach out to
you or that's not gonna be hopping on
your website or that's when you're gonna
say hey can you give me some more
information about joinin sensei cuz I'm
kind of interested now right and that
may happen I'm not saying that that's
gonna happen overnight that may happen
in months that maybe a month span but
the whole point is having those
relationships to where they feel
comfortable enough and they like they
know and they trust you enough to know
this is not something that you're just
doing for the month and then you're
never
do this again right this is something
that you are committed to because you
are committed to making money whether
it's for your family for to supplement
your income to make a car payment
to have some extra fun money to get your
nails done get your hair done every
month and not have to worry about it
coming out of the household budget right
summer is coming up soon some of us may
be taking vacations taking the kids
somewhere do you need some extra funds
for that hello we can all probably use
some extra funds for that these things
get expensive in the summer time so in
order to be able to provide that right
we are working our business we have a
product that is so consumable that it's
easy to build a customer base because
it's easy for people to really fell in
love with our washer lifts or with our
cleaning products that counter clean
cleans everything hello we have a white
down comforter on our bed my husband I
do and his cat Marley likes to vomit
leave little surprises for us and she
vomited on my white down comforter so I
go into the kitchen I get my Johnny seed
counter clean Johnny Appleseed Apple
Johnny Appleseed counter clean if I can
spit it up take it into the bedroom take
some paper towels with me squirt get it
all on the cat vomit because it's nasty
looking yellowish on my white doomed
comforter and I wait like a minute or
two I take the paper towels and I start
scrubbing it boom I now have a white
down comforter again that's how flippin
fantastic that stuff is right
people are gonna run out of that they're
also gonna run out of wax Lily I'm not
talking about you
talking about Marley um they're gonna
run out of wax they're gonna run out of
oil if they're oily people and these are
new just our new diffuser hello people
talking about living the the you know
lifestyle of being more holistic than
they need this freakin diffuser in their
home I love mine I am using it all the
time not to say that I don't love our
other ones I love those too but they're
smaller and after we fill them all the
time when I forget to do that squirrel
so I love the new diffuser so be pushing
those in diffusers letting them know
that they're there building your sails
is building those relationships and
sharing what you're doing so if you are
using those products in your house if
you're not please do start taking
pictures our start going on your
Instagram stories or your Facebook
stories or on your Facebook page or on
your Pinterest page or whatever it is
and want you to be sharing look at what
I did today I made my house smell
amazing because it just changed some wax
how easy it is right look I'm cleaning
my my daughter takes a bath and she
still loves the sensi cells that is like
her total Mita she has me time on
Sundays she does her self-care routine
now she's 10 does the south carotene
when I was 10 I had no idea that self
care even existed but she has self care
and so every Sunday she does a bath and
I have to do it up right
what to do it up I have to have there's
like this dr. teals or mr. teals
whatever it is like soothing bath stuff
I use that and then I use our since he
soaked
they're amazing she loves them and
they've got Himalayan salt in them right
so they're fantastic um they really are
good for you so at ten years old here
she is using those products and trust me
when we get low she lets me know mommy
it's time to order some more of those by
the way I like the purple ones right
she's got her favorite she already knows
these things
right and so these are things that
they're going to be able to purchase on
a regular basis so that's why it is so
important to build those relationships
of knowing liking and trusting you and
it's just as simple as sharing what
you're doing and what you're using so
set those goals
how much curvy do you want to make or do
you want to have coming in this month in
order to determine your paycheck for
next month how many people do you want
to sponsor for this month and then make
the plan on how you're going to have
those conversations hopefully some
through follow up otherwise I want you
to actually talk to people be branded
when you go out
bring a bag right like I had to kill the
doctor right I'm not wearing a sense
he's shirt but don't you think for a
second that I'm not taking my sensi bag
with me because I am and it already has
some samples in it and showcase
brochures because I'm going to the post
office after this so I need to be able
to drop this off I usually just work it
into our conversation even when I'm
checking in at the doctor I'm not trying
too hard to sell anybody but trust me
when they hear the name sensei they're
gonna kind of have an idea of what we do
that's where we're at in this day and
age they know all right
so make those goals I want you guys to
be able to start focusing on when your
business work time habits for those of
you who work full time jobs or have
other things going on that has to
dedicate time during the days or what
have you then if that means 15 minutes
every night before after the kids are in
bed or 15 you wake up 15 minutes early
just to do your ami follow-ups
maybe that's what it looks like
right for me when I was working at my
lovely cubicle corporate job right it
usually was in the evenings and then I
would always take my lunch break and I
would have to go hide because people
would be like oh that's cool lunch
together Jackie and I'm like no I got
stuff to do so I would literally like go
take my phone take my lunch go outside
go to another floor or whatever and I
would go eat just so I wouldn't have
anybody bothering me and I would sit
there and I would make my notes and well
at that time I had my notebook but I
didn't have my iPad but I would be
taking those notes and working those out
so that way when I got home and after
everything was done for the night and I
had 15 20 minutes for I had to put
myself to bed then I would have about 15
minutes and know exactly what I was
gonna do in my business trying to follow
up with somebody as somebody wanting to
hoarder
did somebody message me on Instagram and
say hey I'd really love a sample of what
you were looking at the other day that's
what I want to be doing that's what I
want to be doing so I need you guys to
be focused in on what are your tasks
what are the things that you're gonna do
to get that PRV what are the things
you're gonna do to get that new team
member and then keep yourself organized
that's what I'm gonna leave you with his
organization so again whether it's a
bind or whether it's your phone whether
it's an iPad whatever it is that you're
using pick something pick something that
you will use like I said for a long long
long time before you'll see it in this
notebook well if you can is that this
glare right all of these pages this is
all sensi stuff this is just I've got
two other notebooks that look just like
this every single page fill because
every single time I did a training call
every single time I did a brain dump and
I wanted to list out things that I
wanted to go over I wrote it down I
wrote it down so then that way I totally
just lost my plot place my bucket that
way I could go back and I would be able
to see those things and I keep looking
at those because I'm I'm digital now
right so I've got the iPad so over time
right because I don't have all day to
sit here and just write everything down
but over time what I'm doing is I'm
taking my notebooks and I'm putting them
into digital format so I have my
ultimate goal is to have everything on
the iPad and that way
there but it doesn't have to be that way
right it can be notebooks it can be
notebooks it can be the note app in your
phone okay whatever it is make it and
then make those sense of what you're
gonna do plan your time stay organized
and keep yourself accountable so if that
even means posting on the page and
saying guys I'm making samples tomorrow
I'm gonna definitely be seeing this post
and I'm gonna come back and be like did
you make those samples show us your
picture when you're done right I want to
be able to see those samples because I
can tell you all day long that I'm gonna
follow up I'm gonna follow up and won't
follow up but if nobody's there to hold
you accountable right are you really
gonna follow up are you hopefully maybe
maybe I hope you say yes because that's
how you're gonna be able to move your
business forward is by keeping yourself
accountable so if you need to make it as
a post to say I keep putting this up and
I keep putting this up and I keep
putting this off I'm gonna make a post
in the group that way at least I'm
keeping myself accountable I'm gonna
text my sponsor I'm gonna text my Raptor
and I'll be like hey I'm gonna do $500
this month perfect we will hold you
accountable your sponsor me the team
what have you we will hold you
accountable if that's what it that's
what it means if that's what you need
because that's what we're here for
because we are all here together as a
team as a family and as a group to do
all of this together because we are all
in this together every single one of us
is going to shine okay we are going to
shine so make some goals write them down
if you feel comfortable or you want to
hold yourself accountable I encourage

those

you know people are working in business
oh it's all so and so recruited somebody
you know and I'm taking those notes but
all of that has to do with kind of just
helping people stay accountable because
I know accountability can be a huge
thing it's very easy to just sleep all
day long if you work at home like me
right it's very easy to just sleep all
day yeah I'll do it tomorrow what am i
doing in the meantime in the meantime I
am really doing myself an injustice
because I'm not working on recruiting
I'm not working on my PRB I am not
working on building our team I am not
working on this new incentive I'm not
doing anything that is getting me any
closer to that so who's getting the raw
end of the deal here if I sleep all day
if you want to do if you want to have
what the 1% has then you need to do what
the 99% are not going to do you need to
go above and beyond you need to have
your goals in place you need to have
those blinders and part of those
blinders maybe keeping yourself
accountable and holding yourself
accountable and keeping yourself
organized get your business in order get
your house in order right that's what
they always get your house in order get
your business in order it will help you
to work your business if that means you
only have 15 20 minutes and I don't a
lunch break if you're at your job or
whatever right it's true I did it that's
how I became director was working 40 to
50 hour weeks I working a business
around that it was very it was a very
stressful very demanding very
unrewarding an unfulfilling job not
gonna lie
my boss never told me good job Jackie
great work you did last month Jackie
what a fabulous month you had so if your
job is anything like that then cincy is
where you want to be all right I have
got to go to my doctor's appointment so
I'm gonna go do that now I will talk to
