so you guys today i'm gonna be canning
my salsa
so these are all my tomatoes and i have
10 garlic cloves here
i have my net on my hair and i have my
gloves
now let's come over here these are my
jalapenos
and see how huge they are
so what i do i just cut them like in
four five pieces
and then over here i have
my let me get up here
my lids are in uh
warm water
i'm boiling my water right here for my
tomatoes i'm to put them in warm water
no actually hot water so i can
take the skin off of the tomatoes
because i don't like the skin
when i am a jarring canning
these are all of my jars
so i will come back when my water is
ready
so my water is boiling i won't put it in
my tomatoes
once you see that they're starting to
crack like that
it's going to be very easy to take off
the skin
see you start taking them out
it's like a three four minute process
see how it's broken right there
yes once you start seeing this little
breaks right here
a little broken tomato that's
the time to start peeling your tomatoes
the skin comes off very easy
in hot water and the skin will come
right off
okay i'm gonna continue doing this and
i'll be back okay my beautiful
my tomatoes are all peeled
see without the skin
just blanch them and take off the skin
and don't forget to take off the little
little tail right here before you blanch
them before you put them in the hot
water
um
so these are ready so now i'm going to
uh let's come over here
my water is boiling there's not too much
water there because i don't
the tomato has a lot of water so i'm
adding my chilies to about
four now maybe five cups of water
and i'm also adding my ten
uh garlic cloves i am adding
two tablespoons of my norm
chicken bouillon low sodium
we're using a tablespoon of salt
if you like it you know with more salt
go ahead and you can
add more or less
so we're going to add up we're going to
let our chili
boil here
and then we'll add our tomatoes
mmm smells so yummy
oh my chilis i'm almost done cooking
i'm going to add my tomatoes
we're not turning off the burner the
bronzer has to stay on
medium don't throw your tomato juice
away
we add it in here
lower my
to a medium low
and i am using my blender

the boiling water
in the name of jesus i am putting my
jars in and then um

okay we're gonna let them boil for 20
minutes
so here is my chili
all done hard work
but worth it here it is
these are already pre-served and ready
to
be put away when they cool down
guys it's totally normal to hear the
lids pop
a few minutes after uh you guys pull
them out of the water
it's just creating an air
tight seal that's what you want
no that's okay you can hear it poop poop
