these are the top 10 books that have
helped me create a multi-million dollar
net worth and the only reason I'm
telling you that is because the impact
these books and reading has had on my
life that it is true like by reading
these books help me create the net worth
that I have today which I'm hoping will
have the same impact on you
um so let's jump into this so yes I am
in real estate as all of you know but
what I when I go through these with you
guys I want you to have the context of
these are going to surprise you I think
a little bit and know this isn't a quick
tick tock video so just chill out relax
uh let me get through this I don't want
to rush through these these videos on
YouTube if you want short content go on
Instagram okay uh find me there but
these videos I just want to make sure
they're being the most impactful not how
can I get this through the quickest so
you get your big dopamine hit anyways I
digress so these books when I outline
them to you guys just insert whatever
they are for real estate okay because
these are the books that help me sell a
lot of real estate and make a lot of
money so let's get into book number 10.
Andre agassi's biography open now you
might be like dude I what that's on the
top ten for real estate sales and how to
make money yeah absolutely this book all
right so it's one of the first
autobiographies that I
um that I went through the entire thing
okay I went through Will Smith I went
through a couple other people but this
one had a huge impact on me the
audiobook I I literally was sneak away
from whatever I was doing in life to go
plug this thing into my ears because
that's the impact it had on me if you
don't know Andre's story this book uh
yes it's inspiring yes it
um
will help you from a mindset perspective
for sure but he walks you through the
mind of somebody who achieved greatness
in his craft which was tennis
hating it the whole time
so that perspective for me was like I
just really learned a lot through how to
reach Peak Performance even when you're
doing things you don't like doing that
should sound familiar to all of you that
are real estate agents because let's
face it I mean the thing that's going to
help us perform at the highest level
make the most money is prospecting and
yes that's the thing you hate the most
that we're all looking to avoid
this book will make you a better
prospector
that's number 10. all right number nine
on the list
the win without pitching Manifesto by
Blair ends
this little baby book okay it's written
through the context of uh creative
people that build websites and logos and
Blair ends is a sales trainer for that
audience however
if you go through this book when I pick
this up I'm like wow holy that is
reverse selling just in a different
Niche get this book if you want to learn
how to sell and that probably surprises
you which is why I wanted to create this
top 10 because these are books you
probably no one else is talking about
and there's other books outside of this
top 10 but these are the ones that I
wanted to bring to you guys that have
made the biggest impact
this book I'm telling you will make you
a phenomenal salesperson look how short
it is I get the the physical format and
the audio format
this thing really helps you to position
yourself not only as an expert but to
even the playing field between you and
your prospects so that people start to
respect you more and you can win more
listings as a real estate agent without
having to come across salesy this book
will teach you how to do that all right
let's go to number eight this one all of
you should read if you haven't already
the millionaire real estate agent by
Gary Keller it's one of the first real
estate books I ever read
and it changed my perspective on what it
meant to be in real estate
this book taught me that yes although we
have a license to sell real estate that
actually isn't the business that you and
I are all in we're actually in the lead
generation business
this is the book that taught me that to
help me understand
the business of real estate sales
without wearing the practitioner hat of
being a realtor okay and so uh if you
haven't read this uh it's phenomenal it
is absolutely phenomenal it models out
how to build a real estate agent
business from A to Z yeah you could
probably debate some things on here and
maybe some of the things are a little
bit outdated and yes from my
understanding Gary is going to come out
uh with the 2.0 version but I don't care
like if you're a new real estate agent
to our industry this is an absolute must
read this will help to rewire your brain
about what it means to be a real real
estate agent from a businessman's
perspective or from a business
perspective and without being the
practitioner all right let's keep Rock
and rolling number seven man one of my
favorites I just recently went through
this Atomic Habits by James Clear I
talked to you guys a lot about these in
my rant videos and on my Instagram
this will teach you
how to behave how to create habits how
to uh be more consistent how to make
better choices
this book I mean man I I'll probably
even go through it again
um and again and again and again and
it's that tactical because when we talk
about there's a lot of people that talk
about habits and really my belief is
this we are where we are in life based
on the decisions and the habits of the
past and so the only way to alter our
future to create a better world than
what we live in today is on the new
habits that we create this book will
show you how not Theory it's all
tactical highly recommend that book if
you want to
create better habits for yourself if
you're the type of person that just
lacks consistency which is most of us
that's a great book for you all right
next one on the list we are on number
six
oh man this is gonna be a good one for
you guys
Alex harmosi's 100 million dollar offers
what does that have to do with real
estate Brandon everything so I am a a
massive massive fan of Alex's and the
work that he does and
um this book will teach you
how to position what it is that we do as
real estate agents in a way that is
completely out of the box
and I've brought this into some of the
work that I have done because we can
bring things outside of our industry
inside of our industry to make our
services more compelling
this book will teach you how to
communicate your value to our clients
buyers and sellers in a way
that is completely different than
anything you have ever heard or seen
before get this on Audible or audiobook
or the physical format all the
Frameworks are in here
this will change the way in which you
communicate the value that we offer I
promise you that all right let's keep
moving along number five
Relentless by Tim Grover all right so
this is uh Kobe Bryant Michael Jordan's
coach of course uh Dwayne Wade This is a
mindset book for me this is a this is a
book that helps to strengthen our
approach and the work in which we all do
in real estate this will help you
understand what it actually takes to uh
to reach the levels of success that we
all say we want but most of the time we
cop out because of a weak mindset or a
fixed mindset Relentless will teach you
tactically how to strengthen your
mindset how to push past all the
limiting beliefs and all the
inconsistencies uh that we have when
we're communicating with ourselves you
got to get it and the thing I love about
his book I mean he gives you straight up
in the beginning he gives you a warning
like if you're if you have a weak
mindset like don't go through this book
because this is this is this is for
Killers this is for books that this is a
book for people people that really want
to win in business I'm talking about
pushing through all of our insecurities
uh all of the that we tell
ourselves every day if you want to
strengthen your mindset get Relentless
from Tim Grover
all right number four on my list again
another one you probably won't think
that I would say it's Gary Vee's
crushing it not crush it that was his
first version crushing it the yellow one
okay
here's the thing
we all have the opportunity right now
well let me let me let me position it
this way
if I told you right now as a real estate
agent you can be on TV channel 2 news
every night getting your message in
front of every single homeowner that
lives in your local neighborhood would
you do it and it was free
the news would put you on there uh you
would look like an absolute Authority in
the marketplace uh you'd have all the
brand recognition you could ever want
and it was free would you do it every
single one of you I'm hoping would be
like absolutely I have to take that
opportunity I have to guys girls women
men
we have the opportunity to do it
right now for free on social media to
build our own brand from a media
perspective from a Content marketing
perspective
I don't know how long it will last this
book shows you how this book will
completely change the way you think
about content creation because I'll tell
you what's not working you posting your
new listing on Facebook saying hey look
at my new listing let me let you in on a
little secret no one gives a
because what do people care about
themselves this book will help to give
you a strategy it is a step-by-step
guideline to building a Content strategy
that will help you really build your
brand awareness and position you as the
absolute expert in your Marketplace
which is what we all want isn't it so
that is a great book number three on the
list we're getting closer to my number
one this is top three now top three
fanatical prospecting by Jeb blunt I
make all of my coaching clients read
this book I highly highly recommend it
what we have to do in real estate sales
if we're gonna win
is we have to prioritize daily
prospecting over anything else you've
heard me say that 10 000 times on this
channel and I'll continue to say it
another ten thousand times this book
will give you the confidence the mindset
the skills the tactics the strategies on
how to be a fanatical prospector this
will change the way in which you think
about prospecting that probably gives
you crazy amounts of anxiety
uh this book will change all of that for
you this book will help you get through
call reluctance go get this book go
through it whether that be on Audible or
the physical format
all right number two listen I had to do
this don't get mad at me
it's my book reverse selling
how real estate agents can turn cold
calls into clients written by me I had
to plug it but honestly it's a great
book I mean I really go in Crazy amounts
of depth and Detail in this book tons of
real estate agents told me like dude
this is the best book ever written in
real estate sales and you will be the
judge of that if you haven't gone
through this you can get this on uh

version it's not on Audible I do have
plans on getting it on Audible at some
point in the future I just haven't
quite frankly I mean I just haven't been
able to prioritize it I just have so
much on my plate right now but this like

into consistent listings day in and day
out so that you can do a couple things

book right here
this book if you have not gone through
this I probably go through The Compound
Effect three to five times per year and
though you when you hear if you ever
read this book quick summary
The Compound Effect when you hear it
you're talking about potentially
compound interests with investing you
understand
conceptually how things compound the way
Darren articulates this in here after
you go through it you can't unhear it
you can't unread it and so once you go
through it once you'll look at the word
consistency which is what every top
producer in real estate says is their
secret to high achievement whatever
tactic they they use it's always it's
because I'm consistent in what I'm doing
that word will take on a whole new
meaning to you when you go through this
book because before I went through this
book I mean I was pretty inconsistent in
everything in my life this will give you
the Tactical strategies on how to be
more consistent
just get it go through it once you go
through it once you can't go you can't
unread it you're gonna love it it's
gonna change your life I promise like it
has for me so those are my top ten I am
very curious because you've been asking

years and years and years finally got
