unique a lot of people always ask
and i always advise them this simple
thing

see the properties first and then i will
sell my property
there is something which i need to tell
you guys on this aspect that that is a
very bad idea
and your funds are contingent to you
selling your existing home
then
sell your for home first
it is

you think that your house will sell
immediately it will take one month two
months three months
do you think the seller
of the house is going to
wait three months four months six months
one month
for you to sell your existing existing
home that is very very
highly unlikely
put yourself in the
seller's position
you do not have the funds ready do not
go about buying a house or even looking
for a house
speak to a broker speak to a couple of
people in your area get an idea
idea then speak to an advisor speak to a
real estate agent and he will tell you
what are the prices what are the things
maybe goes to see three or four houses
apartments based on what you think
you sit on the table and you give the
guy some 11 lakh rupees token or 5 lakh
rupees token or an x amount of rupees
you give that seller
you'll have to go about looking for a
loan
you do not have any money in your hand
you do not know whether that guy is
going to continue or not with the
purchase
situation
so it is extremely extremely important
that you first sell your property
get the money into your bank account you
move forward and then you purchase
till you find the right home for
yourself so
the moral of the story the gist of this
whole conversation is one and only one
thing negotiate
properly
