website development company so you're
gonna figure out how you can sell
websites to customers all around the
world how you can scale this business to
more than eight thousand dollars a month
and they're gonna refer to a lot of
videos so it's gonna be very holistic
sort of course quick course crash course

things that I'm describing in this video

you're building websites on wordpress
Squarespace or even if you're coding
them yourself I'm gonna share with you
some of my best strategies to get leads
get sales funnel people to purchase from
you and basically that's gonna be
awesome because we even gonna talk about
some of the processes he can implement
to get those clients on an autopilot so
there's gonna be quite automatic and we
also going to talk about some of the
processes on how you can automate your
workflow so that he didn't have to work
on those websites yourself all the time
so let's get right into this so you can
get your money as fast as possible as I

hey I just have to build websites and
clients gonna magically appear sometimes

sometimes they think that they can build

your your website they think that if
they have their own website people will
just find their website and appear on
their website and therefore they will be
able to convert them to buy this
unfortunately isn't the case they are
usually not finding you in
so I'm gonna show you how they can find
you how those clients how those
potential clients can find you and this
business model is pretty awesome because
usually you will be able to sell a
website for around one thousand two
thousand dollars now it's getting a
little bit cheaper because it becomes
easier and easier to build websites
because of square pi square space weeks
etc but let's say that I can build some
basic web sites for thousand dollars
that's quite realistic at least on the
US market so there is a thousand dollars
worth of sale this is the revenue for
your business now how much does it cost
to out sirs development to someone else
well usually it costs around one hundred
two hundred dollars now what's happening
here is you are ending up with a well
profit you could say not really because
there's gonna be other costs for your
business but you could say right now
given given what we have said so far
you're ending up with a profit of $800
now this is pretty good because if you
can sell 10 websites like this per month
you have eight k8k
revenue already so this is pretty
awesome well there's gonna be some costs
for running your business so you could
say it's gonna be a little bit less but
I gonna get into this in a second so
development is just last part of the
business now what's before that and this
is what many people skip and don't
remember is that there is project
management there is also sales this is
you know important part of a business
model and then the most important part
of the business model is lead generation
so lead generation is essentially
getting leads to your eider website or
you know to book a CO is e or calling me
or you know scheduling a meeting with
them basically generation is getting
people down the funnel by the way if you
don't know what panels are you have to

panels right here in the corner of this
one I can explain you what funnels are
now you have your lead generation sales
project management and development now
how does this whole thing work like how
do you even like wrap your mind around
this business model so the way it works
is that lead generation is this part of
the funnel you want to get people to
find you somehow now how
you do that there is few methods to get
those people to find you the first
method is up work it's one of the most
standard methods of getting leads up
work is a freelancing platform but
remember don't consider yourself a
freelancer you use those platforms for
lead generation only this means you're
using those platforms to get contact to
people who are looking for services that
you are delivering but you're not this
guy who's just like a freelancer who's
gonna do some custom-made projects none
of that you want to offer cookie cutters
and it sounds bad when I say cookie
cutters but think about your pipeline
when you have a pipeline in a business
let's say that this is a system that you
have developed you always want to put
all your clients through the same system
pretty much now if you're gonna start
delivering all those different services
that are custom-made all those different
weird systems and websites then it's
sort gonna you know being weird and
clogged and your pipeline is gonna be
completely clogged so I'm gonna give you
an example so what I used to do is I
used to sell websites to pretty much
everyone and they got one project for
three thousand dollars but then hey
development was like two thousand
because it was complicated then I got
another project for three thousand
dollars and development would be two
thousand but I got another offer to
build the same website like I built
before for a real estate company now
they would pay me only one thousand but
for my developer to copy/paste the same
thing the same technology from this old
real estate website and paste it onto
new one it was just like hey $100 $200
math just copy paste it you did the
sales so it's fine so this is awesome
because you have technology so you can
deliver value to customers like you can
deliver them you know 2,000 dollars
worth of value for $1000 and developer
can do like basically like literally
copy paste in like a minute or ten
minutes whatever and then you are
profiting 800 dollars because you found
a client you did sales you did project
management so basically the real profit
is here on those elements of the
three generation sales project
management development generally is not
worth much money and well even if you
say it is worth a lot of money then it
is on your advantage to automate this
development part and by automating this
development part I mean systemize it
create workflows create create a
structure sell one typical one type of
products one type of technology let's
say real estate platform or real estate
search engine or some you know something
that you're always copy pasting and
basically just adjusted per client so
this is why it's good for you if you
have website development company to be
in one specific niche and have one
specific technology this is gonna get
you huge leverage huge leverage because
you're gonna be able to charge lower
prices you're gonna be able to make so
much profit on this so let me get back
to this lead generation thing because we
got last year so up work is the first
option you can use other funnel you can
use LinkedIn funnel by the way if you

little bit of a colder funnels but I

well this is big thing because you have
to manage expectations between your
customers and developers or maybe your
developer yourself which you don't want
to do because you're not leveraging your
time so this is very important thing
that you have to leverage your time I
made a video on leveraging your time so
we can check the video I know if it's
appearing in a corner if not it's in the
description of this one the way that
leveraging time works is that you first
focus on well you pretty much try to
all-out search development even though
you have like development company you
want to out search that because this is
like the lowest value in the business so
I'm explaining you why and the video I
just referred to then you want to
outsource lead generation sales in the
new outsource project management and bam
you have a system that works for you
over and over again it works on an outer
pilot kind of so then you step away from
working in the business you start
working on the business and you start
thinking alright awesome now I have
people who do lead generation people who
do sales project management and
development the spread of the payment
for them is going to be something and
long this lines sales 25% development
like 15% because it's copy-paste
projects I'm almost done project
management is gonna be around 20%
because it's harder than development
lead generation is gonna be like like to
$300 a month maybe 500 tops if you have
it well handled so that's gonna be your
costs so as you can see this is 25 plus
20 it's 45 plus 15 is as 15 60% you end
up with 40 percent profit minus $500 for
lead generation so if you sell let's say
this is why I said not exactly $8,000 at
the beginning if you sell 10 websites
you're gonna get 40% times $8,000 - $500
if you sell hundreds websites you can
calculate numbers so you see that this
business model is pretty awesome make
