using ikea website check this out
sales on one of our amazon accounts can
you imagine doing this kind of sales
or even 10 times more than this using
ikea
sourcing from one of the biggest
furniture retailers out there
and basically flipping products i'm
going to show you step by step on what
exactly we do
to achieve those kind of sales okay so
here
we have a product i'm going to refresh
my screen once again
the product is an ikea stool that is
selling for 28.99
on amazon and we're taking this
on ikea website for a measurable
5.99 a piece okay
this method is called online arbitrage
method
when you're basically buying products
from retail stores
from online stores you're sending them
over to amazon
you're flipping them from the profit so
let me show you how much exactly can you
make
from this particular product okay make
sure to stay till the end of the video
guys by the way you will
understand the full picture on how it
works okay so
we do what's called amazon fba we're
selling products for the amazon
fulfilled by center and you know
and we're using their services to
basically distribute our products
between
the customers that are buying the
products from us okay from our
amazon store when we're listing on
amazon okay so this particular item here
selling for 28.99 on amazon
when you see how much profit can you
actually make on the product i'm going
to pull up my free calculator tool here
it's called amz scout calculator okay
when you put the product cost of the
item which
shows us 5.99 a piece and when we are
putting this in we have a calculation
here
of how much profit per unit we're going
to make 9 15 after all expenses
basically because amazon then take the
fee
the fulfillment fee which is total fba
fee right here
they're going to take all you know the
um
you know expenses on themselves such as
you know shipping packing
sending everything to the customer this
is an online arbitrage method guys by
the way okay
so all we have to do is we have to place
an order
on ikea website so let me just do it
right now i'm going to add it to the
basket
okay i'm going to continue to the bag
i think i've selected really some units
here we've got 11 here let's put 10.
so we got to consider the delivery cost
as well so maybe the cost per product
will be less
sorry will be more than 5.99 but it
wouldn't be significantly more anyway
okay or maybe seven bucks
eight dollars let's see so 59.90 i'm
going to continue to check out
we're going to estimate that delivery
we're going to just put the random
postcode
you know doesn't really matter calculate
delivery costs random postcode
zip code i'm sorry of course we're doing
in america right now
i'm i'm from uk originally that's why i
call it postcode but it's a zip code in
the u.s of course
so now we have a 20 shipping cost 79.90
so what we're going to do right now is
we're going to take a calculator
and we're going to do 79.90
between 10 units that's 7.99 a piece so
i'm going to put that back into the
calculator and we're still making
we're still making some really good
profit margin here 7.99
and we are still getting profit of 7.15
that's
just about under 100 error y which is
really really fantastic
for this kind of business model so this
is called amazon online arbitrage when
we're sourcing products from
retailers and we're selling them on
amazon we're selling on amazon
right now using other
retailers okay sounds good sounds
straightforward what do you do next well
i do have a step-by-step guide in the

it's an 18-minute video go and check it
out very recommended okay
but just to tell you short what you got
to do right now is
you're going to place the order you're
going to add the 10 stools that you want
to buy
and you're going to ship it to the prep
center the prep center will do some you
know repacking for you
they will re-label the products and they
will add the amazon label on it and it
will send it over to your amazon account
on your amazon listing when you're going
to be a seller so let me show you
there's free sellers here on the listing
you're going to be one of them you see
this free sellers here
uh i think my extension is uh it's just

let me just quickly close this real
quick so um yeah so there's three
sellers here you should see
one two and three okay and you're gonna
be one of those sellers
and basically um you know it will say
fulfilled by amazon but those sellers
are not fulfilled by amazon
you can check this out by click
filtering and basically prime there is
no prime sellers here but you can see
the free shipping so you're gonna be one
of the sellers on the listing business
selling
this product once you're gonna send it
in to amazon from the prep set okay
that's how you can make money using ikea
and you can make seven dollars per piece
if you sell sell 10 of them
you're gonna make 70 bucks okay if you
sell 100 of them
you're gonna make a lot more okay
