Guys, whenever you want to be associated with a platform, first know about the vision and guidelines of that platform. Amazon is a customer-centric company.
Amazon's vision is to provide best price, wide range of products and convenience to the customer.
So sellers will also have to join this vision of Amazon.
Only then, they can run a sustainable business on Amazon. Amazon helps those sellers
who do their online selling on Amazon marketplace according to Amazon's policy guidelines.
So Amazon also gives push and those seller grow very fast. So guys, the steps that I am going to tell you right now, you will not find it anywhere.
Nobody tells you. So note this down somewhere. Take a pen and a paper and makes notes. If you want, you can pause this video here.
But it is very important to follow these steps. So pre-registration step number one- first of all,
it is important for you to keep your email ID and mobile number separate.
For this, you have to create a new email id and mobile number also to get a new number for business.
Alongwith you, if possible, keep a phone set aside for your business.
What is it, you will manage your business. Now, why new email id and new number is so important. I will not be able to tell you in so much details publicly.

step number two- you have to keep the documents ready before the seller registrations.
First you need GST. Now in GST let me also tell you, GST is mandatory. Many people keep asking that will GST be apply for online selling from day one.
So yes, will apply. If you are selling a book then it is an exempted category. You don't need GST and there are some raw food items which don't need GST.
but it is a very limited exempted category. So you keep in mind that now whatever categories you want to start selling, you will need GST from day one.

Must see, you can register GST by yourself in just 30 minutes. Now coming to the next document. Next document you need PAN Card.
Now if you are a proprietor, then you have to give your own PAN card. If you already have a business PAN card.
If you have registered, then you have to upload the PAN card of the business. After that you have to take care of a lot.
Listen carefully, many people ask if I want a savings account. Can I start with a savings account?
So here let me tell you that you can start your online selling even with your saving account,
if you are a proprietor. But I would advise you that if you can do current account from day one, then make one.
If you already keep a current account for your business, then it will help you in your own business.
Later on, whatever reconcilation you do, taxation you will do, will help in that.
So for this, you should keep a current account, when you are starting online selling.
After this, next you have to upload your sign on a white paper and upload it on Amazon's panel.
and it is necessary that your sign is mandatory in the GST invoice which you get from Amazon.
It is necessary therefore, overall you have GST, PAN card, bank account and in last, have to sign on white paper which is to be uploaded.
So you need these documents, which you have to keep ready before registering.
Now third number which is Amazon seller registration, which you will find many videos on Youtube.
You must have seen. So you must have understood that it is only a matter of few minutes. You can become an Amazon seller in just a few minutes.
You can do account registration. Now here are some things that are very important to mention.
As I told you that you need email id and phone number for business.
Similarly, when you register here on Amazon, you have a two step verification process.
If you don't know about this, if you are new then you don't know yet,
then you can see on (i) button. We also have a video, which I uploaded long ago. How can you do seller registration on Amazon?

How to do seller registration? You have to take care in this. Many seller make mistakes that put only one number there and
after that if that number is closed for any reason. Whether your mobile is lost or you are not able to receive that number due to any reason.
Then in your account, you have to face a lot of problems to login the account because 2 step verification happens, whenever you login to your Amazon panel.
For this, an OTP comes on your mobile which you have to verify and only then you can login to your Amazon seller dashboard.
But for your safe side, you have another option to enter another number. So you must put your primary or your personal number there.
With this, if your business number is getting lost due to any reason, then you can receive the account.
Step number four, after registering seller on Amazon, you don't become a seller on Amazon. Even after that you have to follow many procedures.
You all become an Amazon seller when you take approval from Amazon after seller account registration. Category approval is done on Amazon.
When you go to do product listing, you have to get the category approval before doing product listing.
If the category of your product is a restricted category on Amazon
such as beauty products, food items, grocery, if you want to sell on this category,
you will have to get category approval from Amazon first before selling the product.
After this, there is also some restricted brand on Amazon that if you want to sell
the product of restricted brand then you have to get approval from the restricted brand
and thirdly, if you want to sell the product under your brand name at private level, then you have to take separate approval for that.
It also has two processes, GTIN exemption and Brand registry. Now GTIN exemption is that those
who don't have a trademark, if they want to sell on their brand name,
then they have to get GTIN exemption, as an approval from Amazon. It also has a process. So even if you don't know what is GTIN exemption.

they can go for the brand registry. They get the approval in the brand registry. If there is trademark, then this kind of approval is done on Amazon.
When you go to do product listing, before that you have to get approval first. Only after that you can start selling.
Step five, now you have to do the listing products means do the cataloging. You have got approval. After getting approval, you have to do a product listing.
So here, first all of, you have to prepare the images of the product, which is very important. I have told many times in my videos. Here, I don't elaborate.
Let me just tell you that images are very important. First, customer make their buying decision by seeing at the images and for this, you have two options.
You can either do it by yourself. If there is a table top item then you can do table top photoshoot by yourself sitting at home or from your office.
From your mobile phone or from DSLR or other option you have which you can hire agency. They do photography of your product on your behalf
and if you need specially modern photography or according to your category, then you will have to hire an agency. Once the images of the product are ready,
then the next step is you have to create the content of your product and the content of your product should be tremendous.
Only then you can go ahead and grow, you can make your online selling journey a sustainable journey. So what do you have to do in this.
It includes title, bullet points, description and keywords. Remember these four things- title, bullet points, description and keywords.
The title should not be spammy. Bullet point should be informative for all. Description must be elaborated. Eleborate as much as you want
and keywords, you have to put seo friendly keywords in your content. So if you follow these four things correctly, then you get indexed very quickly on Amazon.
You also gain the visibility of your product listing very quickly. After that step six is the pricing of the product, which is very important and
here sellers make mistakes that keep the price of the product either too high or too low. Now you have to follow your competitor.
This is true but don't do too much that you first look at where you are sourcing, where are you sourcing the product from.
At what price you are getting and will you be able to match it to your competitors. If you can, do it. If you can't match, then you shouldn't.
Do the product pricing in such a way that you don't suffer loss. Next step means what you have to do in next step. You also have to buy the packing material of the marketplace.
As well as when you are cataloging because you get orders when you are cataloging. You have to pack your product in the packing material of the marketplace from the very first order
and despatch it to your customer and how will you buy the packing material.

The packing material of the product should also be such that it fits the size of your product and here is an important thing that
when you go to buy the packing material of your product, keep in mind that the shipping cost is always calculated on the volumetric weight,
that is, the shipping cost is calculated according to the size of the final pack that you will be pack. Next step that is step number eight, you are already ready,
the listing has been done about your product. Now you need a sale. You need an order. Let me tell this that every new seller takes sometime to get visibility
and because of this, their orders don't grow as fast. However, there are several steps that you can take to increase your order.
Its main point is that you have to increase the visibility of your product. So it helps you by entering the keywords that you have created for your content.
The message is sent to the algorithm that your product is listed and on the right keywords, it also shows, showcases also to its customers
but after that you have to do that you can keep the product in FBA to give more visibility to the product which we call prime product.
So you get a prime batch on your product. So the visibility of your product also increases a lot. The next step is after you find the prime product,
that means after sending your product to the FBA warehouse, you have the option to run a paid campaign.
So after being a prime product, you should also run a paid campaign.
Your visibility increases even more and what to do next step after listing your product, spread awareness about your brand on social media pages as well.
Then you tell about your brand that what is your product and much more you can do through social media and you should increase your product rating review
and your seller rating with this from day one. As soon as first order received you. You have to start from your first order, you have to collect rating reviews.
So all these genuine steps which you can do to grow your order. It takes sometime to grow a new account, a new seller's account.
But if you follow all the strategies together, whatever steps I am telling, then you will setup your online business on Amazon very quickly.
You can grow very soon. Next step that is step number nine, who will deliver the product and when will the payment received.
Now talking about the delivery of the product, you get different types of fulfillment options on Amazon.
Overall, there are three options for the new seller.
One is Easy ship, what happens Easy ship that the people of Amazon will come. Will pickup the product from your address and deliver it to the customer.
Next is FBA, in which you send your stock to Amazon's warehouse and the process of order processing is done by Amazon. So it is FBA.
The next option you have is Selfship, in which you deliver your product by yourself to the customer. So it is called Selfship.
So in these three ways, you can do fulfillment. You can process your order. Order can be delivered. Next is how do you receive the payment.
When you do seller registration, the bank account details that you enter, you get payment in that bank
within 15 days and the payment, you receive for both orders
for cash on delivery and prepaid orders, that is also you can see separately by going to the payment tab. You can see cash on delivery and prepaid orders.
Next step means that the 10th step is the last step. You also have to manage returns and refunds. Now in e-commerce, there are fake returns in online selling.
Very often you will get such a return, which you will get fake returns or it is a wrong return. You can get returns by doing anything for some reasons.
So this is a part of online selling. So you will have to make your mind make-up that returns will come back.
Can you change the returns so that fewer returns receive
You can't do anything about the fake return. But what can you change in the genuine return.
