sourcing is honestly one of the most
exciting parts of selling on Amazon
because you know you you find suppliers
you find what you can actually do with
an idea
you want a source and you want to create
but there are a few setbacks and there
are a few issues with sourcing on
Alibaba directly number one is time it
does require a lot of time you need to
talk with a lot of suppliers some of
them are not gonna answer you back some
of them are gonna answer you within
three to five days some of them are you
gonna answer you with one word hi some
of them are gonna answer you with what
is your mo Q if you've done this you
know what I'm talking about so it does
require a lot of give-and-take it does
require a lot of time and dedication in
order to find that fantastic supplier
that you align with and that you want to
work with it does take a lot of time and
time is a valuable commodity that most
of us are short of number two is can I
trust this supplier what do we really
know about the supplier other than the
standards that are being set by Alibaba
gold supplier verified supplier all
these things are standards that are set
by Alibaba however they have nothing to
do with the quality of the product what
is the quality of the product is it good
is it bad how can I trust the supplier
all these things do tend to pop up
whenever you're starting this type of
business this Amazon business and you're
starting to supply and get products from
a new supplier and you're handing your
hard-earned cash
to that supplier I know a lot of these
issues are gonna pop up and you're gonna
be worried about working with a supplier
yes or no so what what can you do about
it number three and most importantly for
me is differentiation so the idea is
that obviously we don't want to be
selling the same product that everybody
else on Amazon is selling we want to
differentiate our product whether it
differentiate it with the materials
being used with the packaging and our
logo and our branding do whatever we
want to do in order to just make it
stand out however when you do start
talking to suppliers on Alibaba you're
quickly gonna discover that in order to
differentiate your product you have to
order
huge quantity they do have high mo Q's
that's a problem when you want to start
out and one one when you want to prove
the concept or prove that your product
is gonna succeed in the amazon
marketplace in the Middle East what
should you do they are asking for a
thousand units you only want to purchase
300 and you end up purchasing 300 units
and not differentiating your products is
there a is there an alternative yes
there is there are sourcing companies
that can help you source products from
China get them from reliable suppliers
they do all the work on your behalf they
do all the differentiation on your
behalf and they can help you create a
product faster then it would take you to
do it on your own how does the hell do
these companies work and why would you
want to work with them I did an

they already so we just consider if they
are variable a variable for now the

large quantity so you're always saying
low moq but at the same time am i able
are you able to help me differentiate
the product like put my logo either on
the box or on the product itself
obviously that depends on the product
but am i also able to differentiate it
even with lower mo Q's because
differentiating is a very important part
of trying to you know move away from
from other people that are trying to
sell the same exact thing here longer

all the logo printing because some of
her products for us I think they are
like same or similar for sailors right
yeah so for example we can do looking
support on some custom packaging not the
factory and special factory could she
have this product because they lay layer
supplier of the packaging may be require
higher unlock you so we can do with our
our our other supplier of the packaging
the support is smaller a mock you

packaging custom packaging also for
example for some custom printing it is
also available for some factory they
have offered custom printing on the
products like laser printing or some RS
16 printing so this is like some extra
processing on the product but this is
also a bearable if if possible
so it is available if possible and you
you're able to probably do it for lower
among queue but that also obviously
depends on the product itself and and
the manufacturer also but yeah yeah so
the question is and this is something
that a lot of sellers really are they're
worried about so if I tell you what my
idea is for my product for example and I
have I haven't invented the product but
I have differentiated it in a way where
it took me a lot of time it took me a
lot of research for example and I want a
certain type of product how can how can
I be protect it because honestly we hear
it all the time that you know you go to
a factory and you create this different
type of product and then the factory
starts making it for other for other
sellers so how can you
protect customers who work through China
who through fast china group how you can
how can you protect us as customers okay
we have mature moocher like these

policies systems for protecting both
sides so every factory every project

clients who just for them to like fear
secured security yeah they understand
they are under protection yeah so the
NDA agreement works between the fast
china group and the customer and between
fast china group and the actual
manufacturer so it protects the customer
from start to finish

that you also have a lot of additional
services basically you can do the
inspection you can also do shipping you
have all the services so a seller can
essentially work with you directly to
get the product from A to Z into the UAE
or into KSA because those are the
markets that we are selling it so you do
provide those things as well correct yes
we we also provide the different kind of
shipment yeah way I bet by air by
Express or by sea
if you have your water then no problem
if you don't we can help you to find
