selling on this platform is definitely
going to set you apart from many other

that are you know still struggling to
make it in life because this platform
it is one of those gold mines that we
have on the african continent so in this

i'm going to share with you exactly how
you can start selling on this platform
right from the registration to become
one of their sellers
then i'll show you a general overview of
what the back end of
uh the jumia seller center or the the
you know
the back end of the platform looks like
and then i'm also going to be showing
you
basically how everything or how you are
going to be handling your orders
when they do come through so let's get
into it right now so the first
thing is gonna be registration now for
registration
uh this is what the site looks like so
it is as
big as i've just mentioned because
it is in over 10 african countries so
you can imagine
how big is that uh or how big that is
so um what you basically do is come
right to the footer right here
uh these uh why it says uh
so let me let me try and navigate the
site very well
so on the footer here this is where it
says sell on junior so you'll uh
basically come right there and then
you become you you basically come here
what
where it says start selling on jr
then this directs you to the form that
you're going to be
filling out for you to become one of the
sellers
on this platform so here you can see uh
they ask you for a shop name
um so basically the shop name uh you can
select any name maybe let me say i'm
selecting michael terms uh this is just
a pseudo or a dummy name that i'm trying
to
use so you make sure you enter all the
details required
where you see this aesthetic you must
enter all those details
so account manager phone number you can
put
seven maybe four this is just a diamond
a dummy uh you know a dummy phone number
just for this
tutorial then account manager
first and last name maybe michael toms
so um let's try and uh
formulate an email address here
maybe michael terms one
so they're telling us to retype
the email address i'll do just that
then for the password i'll select out a
password of my choice
then do the same
then agree to the terms and conditions
because
for you to sell on this platform you
must have agreed
to the terms and conditions of this
platform
so so then the next thing you do is
select
continue right here it's the business
information so we have to add our
business information
so i remember i'm only for this
tutorial i'm just concentrating on these
fields that have their sterics
on so address i could say maybe
this is nairobi
then city maybe nairobi
i'm just using this as an example
so um these are already filled out
maybe this is kenya
i'm just i'm just trying to show you
exactly
how you're going to be uh registering
for this
uh for this uh uh i mean you're
registering onto this platform
for you to start making those big cells
the next page requires us to enter the
account name so
i would still stick to michael terms
this is just uh so for you to actually
earn your payment
you must provide your mobile number
because
they either pay via the mobile money
platform or else they can actually pay
you via the bank account so
you must provide one of the two so i can
just
enter the mobile money registered name
so i can still stick to that
michael terms and then
probably enter my phone number this is
just a dummy phone number
just for you to see exactly how
you can actually register for this
uh you know to to become one of their
sellers on the junior platform
so this is basically a summary of
whatever you've entered
so you can see all this is here
so then for you to finalize your
registration
you just come here to where it stays
start selling so
once you click right there they'll send
you an email confirming that you've been
accepted to become one of the sellers
this is completely
completely free so you'll be confirmed
to become
one of the sellers they'll send you an
email you'll verify that email for you
to begin
selling so right now let's get into the
the seller center or you know the back
end
of the junior platform for me to show
you exactly
how everything works here so after
everything is done
what you do next is go ahead log into
your seller center
this is like the back end of your junior
platform and
then boom it will bring you to just
um just a window just like this
so this is called the seller center it's
like the back end
of your store that you would have
created on the junior platform
so this is basically what it looks like
so you can see um these are the
different tabs uh
here they can actually coach you or now
to become a better seller but
you know this is just um small
information that you're given uh if you
want to become one of the top sellers on
this platform
