and welcome back to another video today
like the title says i'm going to share
with you this way that i figured out
how to automate even further these 540
sites well one of them is the other
one's 500 100
360 dollars on monthly they vary a
little bit month to month
i want to show you how i managed to
automate this even further
exactly step by step in this video
now i do want to acknowledge the the
click baity title first before we get
into it
just because i'm saying that i've
automated this doesn't mean that it
didn't take hard work and dedication to
get it set
up what i've done is i've automated the
busy work the day-to-day kind of stuff
that would be tedious and
time-consuming i've automated that so
that it frees up my time
but it did take work to set up initially
for those of you who are still on this
video
i commend you because you're here you're
ready to take action you're ready to put
in the work
so i want to show you today how i
automated my lead generation business
even further

that is automating this
with that being said let's talk about
the business model that we're going to
be talking about today
is lead generation i talk about a lot on
the channel but for those of you who
don't know what lead generation
is it is the process of generating leads
not for yourself
but for another business out there so
for example
you could work with a local roofing
company in your area or in another town
and your job is to get them more uh roof
installs or more roof repairs for them
and every time you do that every time
you make their phone ring
you get paid for that okay now roofers
typically they'll pay us anywhere from
usually it's about 50 per call that we
send them can anyone do lead generation
now i will say that as long as you have
the dedication to learn this and you're
willing to actually put in the time and
effort to learn it
i think that almost anyone can do it
what we're doing is we're building
these little websites we use wordpress
for this because
i don't know how to program i'm sure
many of you don't know how to program
either
and wordpress allows us to put these
websites together without knowing how to
program
we target low competition areas and we
put these websites up that we built with
just you know a drag and drop editor
it's kind of like typing an email in
gmail
the concept is very simple it does take
some work it does take dedication like i
said
but it's a simple concept you put the
website up someone comes to the website
and they say hey i need a roof i'm in
this area
they pick up the phone and they call or
they fill out a form on your website
when that happens you send that call to
a roofer you get paid 50
and you could see you know some of these
sites i'm going to show you
you know 500 a month that means that
we've had 10 successful calls go to that
roofing company in that example
so i came across this business model a
long time ago
when i was getting started because i was
doing um
search engine optimization when i first
started but i was doing it around
affiliate campaigns or cpa offers which
stands for cost per action and it's
basically the process of
getting someone to take an action on
something i remember one of my first
sites i ever built
was on a topic that i was taking in
nursing school at the time i was a
full-time
nursing school student the topic was
anatomy and physiology
and what i did was i found an offer for
flash cards
to help uh nursing students and anyone
who's taking anatomy and physiology
learn parts of the human body the
different muscle names the different
bones
and that you know you could flip through
these flash cards while you're standing
in line at the grocery store now every
time i sold
one of these flash cards i made 20
commission
and all i did was i put up a website and
i drove traffic to it
but then i got the idea what if i could
do this not just for like affiliate
stuff what if i could do this for local
business owners
what if every time i got someone to
raise their hand and say i need a new
roof or
i need my furnace fixed i could get paid
for that that's exactly how i got
started in the lead generation business
now at the time when i started
um we're talking over 10 years ago
when i got started all this stuff that
i'm showing you today i had to do
manually
okay i had to manually do all this stuff
which took a long time
and now that i've automated a lot of
which i'm going to share with you things
have been so much more scalable
so like i said it does take some hard
work and dedication to get it going but
once it's going
it's really nice because it can be
automated not just the process of
getting clients but also the process
of like actually automating the the work
that you would be doing
um to like send them reports and uh the
tracking and trying to figure out
you know the the lead quality and all
that stuff so i'm gonna share that with
you right now let's hop on the computer
and we're gonna break it all down and

okay so this is my call tracking
software
you guys have probably seen it on the
channel before um as you know
i run promotions on it where i let
people in at a very very steep discount
and the reason why
i do these promotions and let people in
in batches is because
the call tracking software we are you
know somewhat of a newer company

our customers with great customer

so we limit the number of people that

and also um we've been working on a lot

with you today and again

i know a lot of you guys
who are subscribed to the channel have
been waiting for this moment for several
months you know like when i say i
haven't opened it for several months
i'm dead serious about that i have not
so let's talk about it
um this is the reporting section of my
software and i'm going to share with you
the new features that we've integrated
recently that have really really helped
me automate my business even further so
i'm on a particular campaign running
through july 1st to july 31st right now
so the month isn't all the way over at
the time of shooting this video but it
is close to the end of the month
this particular campaign okay has made
500 okay because that is the amount of
calls that match our filtering
so we have filters set up on here where
if the call doesn't meet a certain
duration like this one where they only
stayed on the phone for eight seconds
or seven seconds we're not going to
charge them for that call we know that's
not a good lead
but this one where they were on for 62
seconds or this one where they're on for
95 seconds
that's a good lead that's 50 that we're
going to then get paid for that
okay now this particular client of mine
i am going to blur stuff out by the way
because this is
a real site a real campaign of mine
private information in my client i don't
want to reveal that obviously
but uh this particular one is a roofing
contractor
um i mentioned some other ones um let me
see if i can find
that campaign that was 540.
here's another campaign again uh same
time frame july 1st july 31st
uh this is a heating cooling company
540.
for the the month on this one i think we
have another roofing
contractor here somewhere
i think that might have been the same
one i just showed you let me let me find
the other one
okay this is another one this one's
smaller only a hundred dollars
um so just did not meet the criteria
of some of the leads on this one and
then
and i'm gonna show you that i'm gonna
show you how we've automated that which
is awesome we got another one here i'll
show you and then we'll
move on and talk about um some of the
other stuff here
let's see do we go over the sun 360 i
don't know if i showed you this one or
not
but anyways you get the point i did want
to quickly talk about that and i want to
show you now
how we are automating this business
model even further here
at our company and how you can do it too
i know a lot of you already have this
call tracking solution
and you're you have access to all these
features already
i want to share with you some of the new
features we built in to automate this
so when we send out an invoice and by
the way invoices happen automatically
with our software which is why it makes
it so automated
at the end of the month or at the end of
the week or at the end of
every day if you want you can tell the
software
hey i want you to send out an invoice
for every call that's over 60 seconds i
want you to bill 50
a call and it will total up the amount
of calls that match that criteria
and it will send out an invoice to your
client automatically
now the cool part is along with that
invoice there is going to be a
call log that is also sent and the call
log
will allow them to go through and check
out the leaves that came
in and if they want to they can raise
their hand and dispute the call and say
hey
actually this one was not a good lead
this was a solicitor for example
let me show you how that works so i've
just pulled open a call log for this
particular campaign of ours
and this one i know already did not get
billed to the client because it was
under seven
it was seven seconds but let's say for
example
it did get billed to them let's say it
was like 90 seconds long
and they went through and they maybe
they had recording enabled if their
local laws allowed for it
and they listened to the call and they
said hey this was not a good lead this
was a solicitor that called
they can now come in and hit this
dispute button here
and they can put in a note and say this
was
a solicitor or something like that and
hit submit dispute request
now you can see it says that it's
pending right now
what that actually does is it sends a
notification to me
or to whoever your you know management
is on the on the account
and it sends a notification and it says
hey uh your client
said that this was not a good lead this
is what they said do you want to approve
or do you want to
deny this so this gives you the chance
to like go through and basically
say okay i want to approve this and boom
now it's going to mark this as approved
and they are not going to be charged for
that lead any longer
you can regenerate the invoice the
invoice will have a new total they will
no longer be charged for that lead
this is another cool feature that we
have built in
and we got this from listening to other
customers that came into the call
tracking solution and they were like
paul
if you had this feature this would save
me an immense amount of time
and i was like wow that is a really good
idea so we made it happen actually
and now this has automated our own
business even further and i'm really
really excited
to bring it to you guys as well so again
all of you guys who are

another cool feature that
we did also work on in the process okay
i blurred out
some stuff again here but you will
notice that when you go and you set
up a phone number inside of the call
tracking software
that we have a new feature here we've
always allowed for email notifications
when a call happens or a voicemail comes
through you can have an email be sent
off to you and also to your client if
you want or
as many people as you want that let them
actually know that a call happened
but by popular request a lot of you guys
have asked
for sms or text message notifications as
well
you will also see that in the account
now too where you can come through here
and you can put in
your phone number or your client's phone
number again multiple if you want
and you can get notified of completed
calls and new voicemails
straight at your phone so as soon as it
happens boom you get sent a text message
you have a um the details of the
campaign it came from
the phone number that they called um the
phone number that
called that phone number and then also a
link to the recording if you have
recording enable if your local laws will
offer that
it is very very awesome these are some
of the cool things we've been working on
and this is why we have had
enrollment closed for a while now again
