hi I'm bed from the cellphone broker in
San Jose California today I'm going to
show you how to sell your old cell phone
there's um there's a couple easy ways to
do it there's a lot of stores and all
over the place that that buy and sell
used cell phones including the cell
phone broker where I work we we buy in
cell phones and then we refurbish them
or use them for parts and then sell them
out again but for the regular consumer
who doesn't want to go through a a cell
phone you know store or cell phone
broker like us you can just sell them
online but what you want to do is make
sure that you clear out all of your old
information that you have saved in your
cell phone text messages contact lists
pictures music and other files like that
make sure that all of that is removed
from the cell phone by going into the
settings menu and finding the the
security settings and removing all of
that information from your phone from
there make sure that you have everything
that you that you have for the phone the
phone itself the battery battery cover
perhaps the charger for the phone if you
still the box that brings up the value a
little bit more SD cards and other car
chargers and stuff like that cases that
that you have for your phone get all of
that together take pictures put them
online the best the best place to sell
cell phones would be on Craigslist or
sometimes eBay however eBay won't bring
in as much money Craigslist is pretty
easy to sell your phone on also make
sure that your ESN or electronics serial
number has been released from the
provider that you purchase the phone
from if you don't release the the ESN
number the person that you sell the
phone to will not be able to activate it
on the network so just call customer
care before you sell your cell phone and
make sure that the ESN number or IMEI
number has been released and is able to
be reactivated on a different account
