Here's how to get tension headache relief in seconds. Start standing, or seated, with very good
upright posture. Take two fingers, put them on your chin and drive your head backward as much as you
can, until you feel the muscles in the neck start to fire. From there, look upward towards the ceiling
as much as you can. You should feel a very deep stretch in the muscles, right at the base of skull.
Really focus on feeling that. We're going to take this one to the next level by holding
this position and taking our elbows backward as much as we can. You should feel a very deep
stretch into the chest and the shoulder blades (in the back) start to pinch. From there, I'm going to
take my hands upward towards the ceiling, like this, and raise my arms up towards the ceiling
until my hands are overlapping. Hold this position for about a second and
then slowly come down and bring your elbows down towards the floor as much as you can.
From there, hold this one for a second, but you want to do this whole complete cycle for about
10 to 15 repetitions, and with each repetition try to stretch into it just a little bit more.
