this is what i do every morning to
reduce bloating i woke up feeling really
puffy and crampy from pms this morning
so i grabbed my apple cider vinegar i've
been drinking this for years but i have
a new combo that really has made a huge
difference go grab the winged woman and
then cinnamon sticks so i'll start by
putting just about a tablespoon or so of
the apple cider vinegar just in a hot
mug then i'll put one scoop of the berry
pomegranate wing woman and a fresh
cinnamon stick and then just pour the
hot water right in there it takes all
the cinnamon from the stick and really
creates a yummy berry apple cider that
tastes so good and will help reduce your
bloating
