How to Decrease and Increase the Space between Lines in Ms-Word

hello friends welcome and in this
tutorial I'm going to show you how to
decrease and increase the spaces between
lines well I know you need this real
badly watching this video so the first
thing you have to do is to highlight
part of the text that you'd like to use
it on let's say for example you would
like to know decrease the space in
between these lines so you have to
highlight it first and then good on the
Home tab which is this right here and
then you click on this arrow on the
paragraph tab then you come to this line
spacing click on the drop-down and then
you go
multiple all this outside the preview
here you can see how it's going to look
like when I click on OK so you can see
it expands so what I'm going to have to
do is to decrease this - maybe
0.9 or 0.8 and then is it here as you
can see you don't need to actually be
you know 20 pages with Microsoft Word
and then if instead of you printing
something of one page you might see it
printed on three pages so so increase it
used you also need to highlight and use
the same method you click on the arrow
well manually enter the value maybe 1.2
or 1.5 say 1.2 then that's how it works
