okay so how many of you have recently

experienced stress or anxiety raise your

hand okay so so almost everyone in the

audience today and that is more or less

than norm in our society however it

shouldn't be as stress and anxiety can

severely impair executive functioning or

functioning specific to learning as well

as general functioning or how we go

about our day to day lives so you can

see where the problem lies so wouldn't

it be great if we could just get rid of

all of the stress and anxiety from our

lives wouldn't it be great if we could

just focus our attention and just live

our lives well there is something that

can help us do that and now I'm not

talking about a new super drug or a

magic Genie who'll grant you three

wishes and give you the perfect life

know what I'm talking about is
