Double click at the top of the document to open the header.
Paste in your logo using CTRL + V and move into position.
Double click at the bottom of the document to open the footer.
Use the TAB button to move across the page. Insert the page number using Document Info Fields.
Insert the document title and select 'Title' from the Styles gallery.
Insert a 2x5 table to contain memo data, such as sender, recipient and subject.
Change column widths and quickly increase row height by adding paragraph spacing CTRL + 0.
Insert table headings and placeholders.
Make table headings stand out by making them bold.
Insert a placeholder for memo content.
Increase the top margin to provide padding between the content and logo.
Quickly change the row height using CTRL + 0 and CTRL + 5.
Remove table borders by selecting the table and pressing No Border from the Borders drop down.
Insert a horizontal line by inserting multiple dashes and pressing ENTER.
