hello and welcome thank you for joining
me and thank you for tuning in
for another whiteboard wednesday so
in today's video i'm going to be talking
about
the different shape breasts and which
bras
suit these different shaped breasts
[Music]
so today i will be covering the most
common shapes
and which bras work for those shapes
it will come as no surprise that we are
all built
in all different shapes and sizes and
so are our breasts what is quite
surprising is
how many different shapes there are out
there at the last count there were 29
different breast shapes
so let's start with the first breath
shape
so again i have
brought in my artistic skills and
ability they're not high i
really should have disclaimer stating
that i apologize for my artwork because
it's really bad
so the first one we're taking a look at
is
asymmetric so this is less about
shape and more about size difference
usually one breast is larger than the
other
as you can see from my little
diagram so the best bras for an
asymmetric shape would be
a balcony style bra or a t-shirt style
bra
now with the balcony style it offers a
little bit less coverage
and if you go for a stretch lace cup
which is more forgiving in the way it
fits and
forms around the breasts what i tend to
find when i am bra fitting a molded bra
is that the molded bra tends to
fit you it's so rigid you don't fit to
it you just fill it
if you like if you feel that the size
is noticeable or you have
one or two or three or four different
cup sizes different
which can happen then use
one of the removable pads that you can
now buy
that really will help to balance and
give you that symmetry
the next shape is the round shape
now did you know that all bra
manufacturers mold
their bras on this shape of breast
the round shape has full density
at the top of the breast and at the
bottom of the breast
and with this this shape of breast
the bra that would work best for you
would be any
it's your choice it depends on what
you're after in your bra
shape so if you're after something that
gives you fuller coverage then go for a
full
coverage bra if you're looking for
something that gives you less coverage
but without a push-up you might want to
try a plunge bra
you might want to try a push-up bra
there are so many different bra options
and choices
you can basically choose whichever one
you want
the next shape is east west
so what you'll tend to find with this
shape is that the breasts point
out and downwards in opposite directions
the breasts tend to be fuller at the
bottom and the sides
and lower density at the top the best
styles for east and west
shaped breasts would be a plunge bra
which is going to bring you up
and more central or a bra that's got
side support
now those side support panels have been
built to bring the bra
the breasts in from the side and bring
them forward
and up which is ideal for east-west
shapes
so the next breath shape is the
pendulous breast
shape so what you'll tend to find with a
pendulous breast shape
is the breasts face downwards the
nipples
also point downwards there is more
density
at the bottom of the breast and the
tends to be low density
at the top of the breast the best shape
bra for a pendulous breast
would be a full cup bra which offers
full coverage
and more shaping and more support or a
balcony style bra
which although offers less coverage
still offers
really good support and shaping the next
shape
breast is the bell shaped breast so it
is narrow at the top and fuller at the
bottom
and it's shaped in a bell if you squint
you might be able to
tell lots of bell and the nipples point
downwards the best bra
for this shape would be the full
coverage or the full cup bra
or a balcony style bra much the same as
the pendulus
thank you for watching in my next video
i will be going through
the different shapes and styles of bra
which
i've purposely not gone through in this
video because it would have been an hour
long
so if you want to catch that please like
and subscribe to watch that next video
and until next time thank you for
watching and goodbye
