hey y'all how many refrain from cooking
or eating fish because of that yucky
smell today i'm going to show you a
simple trick that will reduce or even
remove that odor fish has that smell
because of a chemical called
trimethylamine which happens during
prolonged fish storage to get rid of it
put in a container and cover with milk
the casing in the milk will attach to
the trimethylamine and reduce or remove
it
cover the container and put in the
fridge from 30 minutes to 4 hours but no
longer than four hours or it could alter
the flavor of your fish and guys if you

after soaking wipe away the milk and
along with it goes the trimethylamine
and that nasty fish odor and taste then
just continue to cook as you normally
would and enjoy a delicious fish dinner
