lip come back and turn your head to the
other side don't hold your breath
relax your shoulders come back and let's
repeat lips are firmly pull
turn your head and don't wink your
forehead
feel the sensation on the area between
your nose and upper lip
make sure both corners of your mouth are
at the same level let's turn to the
other side shoulders relaxed don't hold
your breath
