hello everyone welcome to my channel and
thank you so much for watching this

so today in this video i'm going to talk
about post-inflammatory erythema
in this video i'm going to share what
products really helped me to get rid of
my
post-inflammatory erythema or bie in
short form also i'm going to share what
you guys should be doing in order to
speed the healing process and what you
shouldn't be doing that can worsen your
post-inflammatory erythema pi can be
such a pain in the ass
and i can totally relate to that so if
you guys also want to get rid of your
pie marks then please continue watching
this video until the end so before we
jump into the video please don't forget
to subscribe to my channel so that this
video can reach out to many more people
and they can also get help from this
video so before i start sharing the
products that help me to get rid of my
pie i want you guys to know more about
what is post-inflammatory erythema so
first of all what is post-inflammatory
erythema
when i first researched about
post-inflammatory erythema to
you know what ingredients or products
that can help my post-inflammatory
erythema
however i found out that there were not
much of
inflammation if compared with
post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
because now if you search in like uh
youtube or google
like how to get rid of post-inflammatory
hyperpigmentation you will get like
thousands of solutions and information
but that's not the case for
post-inflammatory erythema so this is
also why i really wanted to make this
video to
help you guys and it is really important
to differentiate between
whether you have post-inflammatory
hyperpigmentation or post-inflammatory
erythema because not all the products
that work to fit hyperpigmentation is
going to work to feed
your post-inflammatory erythema
basically post-inflammatory erythema
appears
reddish pink spots erythema means the
redness of the skin that
occurs after an inflamed acne are healed
because our blood vessels are damaged
and basically like our skin is
traumatized
post-inflammatory erosion does not
involve melanin at
all because post-inflammatory erythema
is the result of
damaged capillaries of our skin on the
other hand post-inflammatory
hyperpigmentation is due to the over
production of melanin after an inflamed
acne
or injury this is why erythema and
hyperpigmentation are treated
differently also i can totally
understand that in theory it's really
easy to differentiate between
hyperpigmentation and erythema
but in real life it's actually not that
simple
so i'm going to share how you can
identify whether you have
post-inflammatory erythema or
hyperpigmentation
you can use a clear container for the
test like a cup of glass and here i'm
using a magnifying glass
so firstly make sure that it is clean as
well before you put it on your face
press a clear piece of glass or plastic
to the area and apply
light pressure to it if the area becomes
white or disappears
then it's more likely to be
post-inflammatory erythema if the mark
does not disappear then it's
post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
so i'm going to share a couple of things
that you would want to
highly avoid if you do not want to cause
any post-inflammatory erythema
or you do not want to worsen your pie
firstly do not
pop or pick your pimples because that
way you are creating a trauma or like
shock to your skin which we do not want
because that can lead to
post-inflammatory erythema especially if
you have really sensitive skin or you
are really prone to pie
see if you have post-inflammatory
erythema then what you want to do
the most is to really soothe and calm
down your skin and redness
you would want to avoid any kind of
irritations that can make your pie more
worse
and if you have already developed
post-inflammatory erythema then i would
highly recommend you guys to
not use any scrubs or any physical
exfoliation
that can really irritate and further
damage your pie
not only avoid using scrubs but also
avoid using any kind of really strong
chemical exfoliations so what i actually
meant by
really strong chemical exfoliation is
this one this one is the ordinary aha
pha
healing solution it is quite a strong
chemical exfoliator and
this thing works like a magic for
post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation but
not for post-inflammatory erythema
whenever i used it on my pie marks it
would make
my pie marks more red and more prominent
so this is from my experience and i
would recommend you guys not to use any
strong chemical exfoliators
especially around your pie because that
can make your pie marks really worse
and you know slow down the heating
process and really hard to treat
so i had my post-inflammatory irosima
marks especially around here
like only these parts
the only good thing about
post-inflammatory erythema is that
they will go away even if you do not use
any treatments
but it can take from three months to
like a year
to really get away with post
inflammatory aerosima even if you do not
use any kind of treatments
but the thing is i have no patience and
i cannot wait for
that too long in my case i managed to uh
feed my post-inflammatory erythema
within like
three to four months so now i'm going to
share what ingredients or products that
help me to
speed up the healing process of my
post-inflammatory arizona marks
so the very first ingredient or the
product is
this this is from the ordinary nylon
cinnamon 10
plus zinc one percent i have an oily and
acne prone skin
and for me personally niacinamide it is
a skin saver
so niacinamide has a lot of skin
benefits like it helps to control
or regulate oil production brighten
uneven skin tone or hyperpigmentation
and really improves the skin barrier but
the reason why niacinamide is really
effective for post-inflammatory erythema
is because niacinamide has
anti-inflammatory properties that really
helps to reduce and also soothe the
redness and
any kind of irritation or inflammation i
use this knives in my ten percent serum
every single night
it has helped me to reduce my
post-inflammatory aerosol marks
not only pie marks but also if i have
any kind of redness or irritation it
really helps to reduce and suit that
weakness really fast sometimes overnight
as well
so the second ingredient is acidic acid
it is from polystyres
it's 10 percent acidic acid booster this
acidic acid booster is something else
it's really really great it has improved
my skin
in so many ways acetic acid helps to
fight with bacteria
that leads to breakouts gently
exfoliates our skin and also helps to
fit hyperpigmentation
but not only that acetic acid also has
anti-inflammatory properties that makes
it perfect to treat post-inflammatory
erythema it is a really effective
treatment for
redness like rosacea and
post-inflammatory erosion
as well so i use this as lick acid
booster in the morning and
my nice in my serum in the nighttime
this acidic acid booster specifically
is really gentle on the skin and it has
never irritated my skin also it contains
salicylic acid and licorice which also
has anti-inflammatory and soothing
properties that can help to reduce
erythema i personally have seen a fairly
significant improvements in my
post-inflammatory erosion
after using this uh acetic acid booster
also it works really great to smooth the
skin texture
so the last but definitely not the least
is
sunscreen sunscreen is the most
important
step or the product in a skincare
routine
if you really want to treat your
post-inflammatory aerosima
or not just that but also your
hyperpigmentation
then you will need to apply your
sunscreen every single day
if you are having sun exposure without
any sunscreen any sun protection
then that will definitely make your
post-inflammatory eryxima
more worse you know the harmful uva and
uvb
rays are constantly hitting our face and
not applying any sunscreen to protect
our skin
can really slow down the healing process
and that will make more harder to treat
your
post-inflammatory erasema i would also
highly recommend you guys to reapply
your sunscreen
throughout the day especially if you are
heading out make sure to reapply your
sunscreen
and if you know that you are going to be
out all day and
you know really exposing yourself to the
sun then please make sure to reapply
throughout the day
i think one of the main reason why my
post-inflammatory erythema
was treated faster is because i used to
apply my sunscreen every single day
also i used to reapply my sunscreen i
would even apply extra layer of
sunscreen where i had post-inflammatory
erythema
for that extra protection i really love
this sunscreen this is from
elta md uv clear broad spectrum spf 46.
the reason why i love this sunscreen is
because this sunscreen is for
skin types which are prone to hyper
pigmentation
acne or rosacea it also contains niacin
mud which is a plus point i also really
love the experience of using this
sunscreen because it really helps to
calm down and suit the redness
but having said that any sunscreen is a
good sunscreen
you can just use your favorite sunscreen
every single day as i've already said
that to treat post-inflammatory aerosima
you would want to
soothe and reduce and calm down your
redness as much as possible
and avoid any kind of irritation that
can trigger your post-inflammatory
erythema this is because
post-inflammatory erythema is worsened
by
damaged skin barriers so you will have
to make sure that you are moisturizing
your skin enough so please make sure to
moisturize your skin and reduce any
irritations
so that's all for the video i think i
have covered everything that i wanted to
share with
you guys i really hope that this video
will be helpful for you guys
also you can share this video with your
loved ones who can get help from this
video
