nutrition plan for all women over 45
because that's when you really need the
extra help that's when your health can
go nor day help thee and exercising
works miracles on your muscles as well
as your metabolism so keeping that
muscle tone as we age we lose that
estrogen as you know and it
redistributes your fat it goes from our
hips because we had babies we need the
fat there and then it goes to your belly
so we've got to work on that and I've
got some great exercises and and
solutions one of the best ways sit up
nice and tall
holy tummy throughout the day tuck it
like a tummy tuck and natural tummy tuck
do a little pelvic tilt tighten your
tummy nice I'm in menopause I need this
time okay I want to introduce Christian

piece so Christian you've been doing
some of these workouts now for last few
days how's it going I definitely can
feel the burn muscles are sore so I
don't think I could get out of bed the
next day just for that five minutes of
exercise so I'm used to doing cardio and
normally so now I'm just gonna implement
them into my routine and Simone what did
you learn well my problem area was my
abdomen as Denise said and I've learned
that I don't have to go to the gym I can
do these exercises right at home and I
can do them at my leisure no matter how
I look I don't have to get dressed up
and they work that's so great because
sometimes it's hard to get to the gym
you might have to get it's convenient in
your right and you do it and it only
takes a few minutes but if you do it on
a daily basis you will start to trim and
slim the waistline and you have to you
know kind of also include eating well
yeah and a little cardio to burn fat
from the whole body but this gives you
more energy and we all need more energy
plus it helps you sleep better too and
muscles really we need those muscle
cells because they're active at
best fat cells are very sedentary so the
more muscle cells you have the more
calories you burn all I know is this
entire segment I've been contracting my
abs sore now when a Kegel here
keep those bladder muscles strong that's
right what I do I do love this concept
and it's so important for everyone
remember as we age you can't actually
dictate how your body ages with time and
staying active working out we don't have
