here's how to instantly fix lower back
pain with an exercise i like to call the
cobra scorpion lie flat on your stomach
in bed or on a floor prop yourself up on
your elbows just like this i'm going to
do the scorpion first i bend my knees at
90 degrees put my feet together from
there i'm going to rotate through my
lower back hips and legs towards one
side go as far as you can it will feel
like a deep stretch i hold this one for
two to three seconds relax go towards
the other side try to do this for about
10 times on both sides and stretch into
it just a little bit more with each
repetition to take it to the next level
we're going to do the cobra so i'm going
to keep my hips and legs flat and then
press up like this with my arms until i
feel a deep stretch in the lower back i
hold this for about 20 to 30 seconds
relax and then repeat this three to five
times
