so i'm just going to show you a really
simple easy technique that you can use
for between the eyebrows
so really good if you suffer from number
11 lines maybe you get tension headaches
or maybe you just want to open and align
your third eye so you're going to start
just by tapping between the eyebrows
really simple really gentle this
releases tension in the process muscle
which is the muscle between the eyebrows
we tend to hold a lot of tension in we
tend to overuse so this gentle tapping
is just releasing that it's also really
helping to stimulate our third eye so
helping us really tune into our
intuition and in traditional chinese
medicine this area is very much related
to the liver and also to the emotion of
anger so we're really having a lot of
deep wellness benefits as well you can
do that for up to one minute next you're
going to take your thumb and do a little
bit of flicking here
again that's going to help to really
relax tension in the muscle but it's
going to help to boost the blood
circulation as well
once again you can do that one for up to
one minute lastly you're going to place
your index finger between the eyebrows
you're going to breathe deeply in and
out through your nose and you're going
to really allow this muscle to relax
then you can just do some little
circular actions there again really
boosting the blood flow boosting that
circulation and gently stimulating the
production of collagen elastin and you
can do the other way as well hope that
