here you will see the first link that
says disabled accounts facebook help
center so you simply have to open that
and here you will get some information
about disabled accounts and why is my
account disabled so you can check the
reasons for which the accounts get
disabled and the next paragraph says
what can i do if my account has been
disabled so here you can read that if
you think that your account was disabled
by mistake please use this form to
request a review so you can directly
click on this link to get the form that
you have to fill
so that's the form that you need to fill
to recover your disabled account and
that's it says that my personal account
was disabled now here you can go through
the information that is provided that it
says that if you think your account was
disabled by mistake you can enter the
following information and then facebook
will consider your profile for review
and you can submit more information here
for up to 30 days after your account was
disabled all right so you only get 30

that they can contact you on that email
address so after you have submitted
after you have entered all the
information you simply have to click on
send

this one is the form where you just need
to enter your email address or mobile
phone number that is linked to your
disabled account
so make sure you have access to your
email address or phone number so that
whenever facebook will reply you back
you will be able to check the
instructions that you have to further
follow to get your account back and then
you have to put in your full name that
is there on your facebook account and
simply click on send
