How to drag and drop in photoshop

00:46now close photoshop

00:53right click on the photoshop icon and

00:55click on open file location

01:00then right click on the photoshop icon

01:02again and go to properties

01:07click on the compatibility tab here

01:11then uncheck the run the program as an

01:13administration

01:15then click apply then click ok

01:23now launch the photoshop software

01:40let's see your problem is solved
