How to darken a room without curtains

hi guys
brett here this is my second video of
making
on how to make your room dark it's
especially helpful
for night shift workers so
on my last video which you can go back
and watch if you like
we use duct tape to stick it up onto the
windows this is a new and improved
method to use it's a lot easier it's
just like putting a
screen protector on your on your iphone
or your android phone
so let me show you how this works i've
got my assistant nelly to help me i've
got some lights on
because it's going to get very dark in
here all right
so i've got some alfalfa or
aluminum aluminum foil as
the american pocket caller because we're
in australia it is we call it
aluminium already pre-made already
pre-blanked
you just get yourself some water some
spray water
and all you do is spray your windows
make them nice and wet
and these spray bottles
then you stick your alpha one
like so put it into the sides
and look at that
all right we'll go through and we'll do
the whole lot
okay there's that previous window i
didn't
i did it in stages you can also do it in
one
long streak
it's too hard to get your measurement
make sure you're
not too short

keep your elbow off you can do a
and you see how it just grips onto the
extra strips under the water like so
it's so much easier to use your tape
and as i said you get your measurement
right
because joe the goose here
it's got a little hole there so to
rectify that
just tear a bit off
and put that over there
okay we'll do this next one okay
there we have it i'm gonna just pull the
blinds down
this also helps in
in summer to keep the heat out because
it reflects off to that
ball and
i know on my previous videos that
people said oh you put it on back to
front
but i've done both ways it really makes
no difference at all
it does reflect the sun and keep out the
heat
it's winter time in australia at the
moment so it's pretty cold
so what we'll do we'll turn the lights
off and i'll show you how dark it is
look at that i doubt you can even see me
into that dark in here
