I'm CPP for them and today I'm going to
look at carving her joint of beef I've
got prime piece of full rib in the oven
let's have a look at it now look at that
that's absolutely fabulous look at the
way that's cooked lovely bit of marbling
going through the meat that's gonna be
some fantastic flavors in there all
drenched down into the onions and the
garlic that the God the basic as with
all pieces of meat we need to allow this
to stand about 20 to 30 minutes now so
you cut strings off normally be about 4
or 5 strings that hold this piece of
meat together where the bones are here
at the back just take your knife and run
your knife carefully along the edge of
the bones cutting the bone off and
saving that for later the base of the
meat
I'll have this other piece of bone on
there which we also take off so we start
to carve using your knife nice sharp
knife just run the knife down carefully
allowing the knife to do the work as we
cut it across that piece of meat look at
that nice thin slices look at that
absolutely delicious piece of beef and
lastly don't waste these bones they're
great to Nora there's a lot of delicious
meat in between those bones
and I just like to serve them on the
edge it's one of the nicest pieces you
can serve with it absolutely fabulous
piece of beef carved properly you'll go
a long way you can't get better enjoy
