a wave pool is a pool where they
artificially create waves and this is
how it works
the pool has five different settings to
create waves from small waves to bigger
waves the settings are controlled by
this control panel
the settings also decide what type of
waves to create
when the wave machine is off the only
waves you will see is what people makes
by splashing around
when they turn the machine on the water
gets sucked up and lifted inside these
chambers by a vacuum
and then released or dropped when they
drop the water that creates movement in
the water that is already in the pool
and depending on how high they lift the
water before dropping it different sizes
of waves will form
and since there is more than one chamber
doing this the shape of the wave or what
type of waves you get is determined on
when each chamber releases the water in
correspondence with the other chambers
so if all the chambers release at the
same time you would get one big wave
traveling and the whole wave would hit
the end of the pool at about the same
time but if the chambers release at
different times or looking a bit random
you get the type of waves you see here
if they release the middle chamber first
and then the chambers next to it
and then next to them and so you would
get a pool looking like an arrow
traveling so that the wave would hit on
the other side of the pool with the
center first and then outwards so that
is how a wave pool works i hope you
