I turn a Railroad Track into an Anvil - using an Angle Grinder.

I'm just marking this

All this has got to go

Because of the way this was worn or made

We will still end up with a curve there

But this end will be reasonably Sharp.

If I cut there I'll run into that

So I just cut down there,,, and in there somewhere

All these lines I put on this, are just a guide, I'm not grinding directly to it

It is purely so I know where I am as I grind

Now I'm going around this over

So that's your general shape on both sides

I will square that off and make it nice

So what I did next was run a 60 Grit flap-disc over it

Just to smooth it off a little bit more and take off those sharp edges

And I didn't get it on camera because the cameraman messed up

(that's me) Sorry about that, and this is what it looks like now

Always use the correct safety gear, and use your tools safely

I'm not a good role model for this

Right, we're getting there

I just want to polish this up a little bit, and get rid of any marks I have put in it

Considering we started with a piece like that
